la ubicación es lo mejor del hotel ya que esta muy céntrico y confortable, además la piscina esta muy bien ubicada y es de buen tamaño. Considero que debe haber una forma de seleccionar el cuarto con el desayuno
separar las piscinas de niño y de adulto ya que como están en la misma zona los niños pequeños pueden salirse e irse a la piscina de adultos y les puede pasar algo

Esta bien para solo pasar una noche, el personal que me toco muy, mal te contestan enojados y desde que llegas tienen una cara de poco amigos.

I loved that it was just two stories. The rooms were clean. The staff were very nice. They were attentive to all our needs. We got a pool front room and the pool was very nice. The location was right next to the Galerías Mall. There was a restaurant in site that we never used because we had a lot of appointments we needed to attend, but I wish we could have tried it.
I didn’t love the water pressure. I feel like they really need to install some high pressure water saving shower heads.
They need some kind of light for the dresser for women to be able to do their makeup.

Everything was good. It was a bit overpriced in my opinion, but the room and bathroom were clean and the a/c worked.

food was not the best at the italian restaurant. the quality was not the best and definitely the service had tons of room for improvement. slow and unprofessional service. they were also out of some menu items. would not eat there again!
