That we were separated from other guests. The pool was nice. The proximity to the mall was convenient. The location is not ideal if you are walking but it is pretty easy if you have a car.
The restaurant was awful. Breakfast was not included. The food was cold, the staff lacking and seemed to not know what was going on and they ran out of some products. The room had no mini fridge. The hand towel was old and fraying at the ends. The air conditioner had 2 settings: cold and colder; we were freezing. We would turn it off and we would boil.

la ubicación es lo mejor del hotel ya que esta muy céntrico y confortable, además la piscina esta muy bien ubicada y es de buen tamaño. Considero que debe haber una forma de seleccionar el cuarto con el desayuno
separar las piscinas de niño y de adulto ya que como están en la misma zona los niños pequeños pueden salirse e irse a la piscina de adultos y les puede pasar algo

Esta bien para solo pasar una noche, el personal que me toco muy, mal te contestan enojados y desde que llegas tienen una cara de poco amigos.
