The staff at the hotel were exceptional
Pros:

The hotel is in ideal, actually walking distance, from Universal Studios. They offer free shuttle services to both Universal and Disney. Their staff are the friendliest, nicest, most welcoming and helpful people. I’d definitely recommend this hotel

Dentro do esperado para o preço mas é tudo muito antigo.

Barato, de fácil acesso e recepção muito bacana.

Great value for money but very humids rooms
Pros:

It was our second stay in this hôtel, but this time the room wasn’t really clean, the floor was sticky in both rooms (we did booked 2 rooms)

Excelente em todos os aspectos
Pros:

Excelente localização, na international drive, doclado de uma walgreens, pertissimo do ihope e da pra ir a pé pra varios locais de compra como o outlet marketplace, ross, five below, dolar tree, Burlington… alem disso tem transporte pro universal studios/island of adventure de graça. O pessoal do check in é muito simpático, e o café da manhã (pago à parte) tem uma excelente variedade

Hotel tem uma boa localização, perto dos parques da Universal, outlets e bons restaurantes.

Cons:

Instalação velha, com falta de manutenção.
Nos hospedamos em um quarto com vazamento no banheiro (não conseguiram resolver) e com o ar condicionado barulhento.
O pessoal da recepção é muito atencioso, mas o hotel tem a estrutura muito antiga.

good value for money
Pros:

The hotel offers a very good value for money. I especially appreciated the fact that there is no carpet in the room, which makes the room feel cleaner and more comfortable.

Cons:

The only downside is that the doors facing the street can give you a slight feeling of insecurity. However, I had absolutely no problems with safety during my stay. Overall, it was a good experience and I would consider staying here again.
