The accommodations were overall excellent. The view from our room was spectacular! The staff were pleasant, courteous and professional. The breakfast at Table 55 was exquisite, the waitress was attentive to our requests.
Due to my difficulty walking, I would have liked to have a shorter distance to our room. It was not requested at the time the registration was made, but I am aware to do so on our next visit.

Our room smelt like damp and had a leek the whole floor was wet some of my things were damaged told hotel and only got a dehumidifier.

Cleanliness is bad Room was smelly Toilet flush handle was broken towels full of stain staff not helpful and reception girl was giving wrong information before even checking my room info and then discovered she was wrong breakfast included in room and they have to give vouchers after I proved it was included, wasn’t a comfy stay

I was very disappointed with my stay.
First, the room I reserved more than two months in advance, specifically with a balcony, was not available upon arrival. This was especially frustrating because I had called the hotel two days before check-in to confirm the balcony. I was traveling for surgery and wanted access to fresh air during my recovery, so this feature was important to me.
Second, this was by far the dirtiest Hilton property room I have ever stayed in. When we arrived, there was an earring on the carpet, suggesting the room had not been properly vacuumed. There was visible dust throughout the room, along with stains and an overall lack of cleanliness. Fortunately, I had brought disinfecting wipes and cleaned the room myself before my procedure.
Given that this hotel is located next to a hospital and likely hosts many patients and families dealing with medical procedures, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. Basic housekeeping measures such as vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, and ensuring rooms are properly cleaned should be the minimum standard.
Unfortunately, this experience was so disappointing that if I ever need to return to the area for another procedure, I would rather stay 20–30 minutes farther away than stay here again.

Great location if you need to be near the hospital. I walked to hospital several times. The hotel property is clean. The customer service is amazing 👏 front desk staff were wonderful every morning and night.
The breakfast was good. The restuarant servers were friendly. I highly recommend this place! 👌
