Wonderful helpful staff, comfortable and overall amazing!
Pros:

I was staying due to a surgery at the hospital right next door. When I checked in I was upgraded and the staff were so accommodating and a pleasure too. They made me feel welcome and I know I have more surgeries coming up and want to stay longer to enjoy the hotel and pool.

Cons:

Honestly I love the hotel and will be back

I would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The staff was friendly

Cons:

I don’t think they have put new beds in the hotel since they opened. It was like sleeping on bricks with cotton balls glued on top of them. My entire body ached when I woke up in the morning.
You also have to pay $27 for parking per night, which is buried at the bottom of the website, so that was a surprise fee. This hotel is not in the downtown area, so paying for parking was definitely not necessary. It is self parking, as well. And you had to walk as much as a football field away to get in the hotel. I was glad it wasn’t raining.

After reading a lot of the reviews (which I wish I had done before I booked), 95 percent of the people complained about having to pay for parking. The responses are just scripts that they write. It's so obvious that the hotel should not charge for parking. It's terrible that they exploit people in this manner, especially since they are catering to people who probably have patients in the nearby hospital. So very sad.

The accommodations were overall excellent. The view from our room was spectacular! The staff were pleasant, courteous and professional. The breakfast at Table 55 was exquisite, the waitress was attentive to our requests.

Cons:

Due to my difficulty walking, I would have liked to have a shorter distance to our room. It was not requested at the time the registration was made, but I am aware to do so on our next visit.

Great stay apart from damp room
Pros:

Great hotel. pool was great, good reasonable prices

Cons:

Our room smelt like damp and had a leek the whole floor was wet some of my things were damaged told hotel and only got a dehumidifier.
