A lot of bang for your buck. Overall a really nice experience each and every time I’ve stayed there

The Hotel is just all around really nice - the lobby is really beautiful and inviting… the rooms are nicely appointed and an overall cozy feeling. It’s cheerful and just nicely done and I always look forward to
Going there. Most hotels give me an “ick” feeling and this property is just all around nice.
Love the Starbucks in the lobby. Had dinner there twice and I’m vegetarian, found several options.

Honestly there is nothing negative that I have to say.

Wonderful helpful staff, comfortable and overall amazing!
Pros:

I was staying due to a surgery at the hospital right next door. When I checked in I was upgraded and the staff were so accommodating and a pleasure too. They made me feel welcome and I know I have more surgeries coming up and want to stay longer to enjoy the hotel and pool.

Cons:

Honestly I love the hotel and will be back

I would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The staff was friendly

Cons:

I don’t think they have put new beds in the hotel since they opened. It was like sleeping on bricks with cotton balls glued on top of them. My entire body ached when I woke up in the morning.
You also have to pay $27 for parking per night, which is buried at the bottom of the website, so that was a surprise fee. This hotel is not in the downtown area, so paying for parking was definitely not necessary. It is self parking, as well. And you had to walk as much as a football field away to get in the hotel. I was glad it wasn’t raining.

After reading a lot of the reviews (which I wish I had done before I booked), 95 percent of the people complained about having to pay for parking. The responses are just scripts that they write. It's so obvious that the hotel should not charge for parking. It's terrible that they exploit people in this manner, especially since they are catering to people who probably have patients in the nearby hospital. So very sad.
