اعمال الصيانه في الصباح الباكر في الدور العلوي من ما سبب عدم النوم

وحتى اذا بدك تدخل بركة السباحه بلزموك تشتري طقيه للراس مقابل 350 ليره وهي برا الفندق ما بتتجاوز 100 ليره

De bedden en locatie

Cons:

Ik ben teleurgesteld in mijn verblijf in dit 5-sterrenhotel. Voor een verblijf van 8 dagen heb ik €1.600 betaald en ik had daarom veel meer verwacht.

Het restaurantpersoneel, met name de ober, was niet vriendelijk en de service liet te wensen over. Daarnaast krijg je slechts één flesje water van 500 ml per persoon per kamer per dag. Als je extra water wilt, moet je daarvoor betalen. Het is zelfs niet toegestaan om zelf water buiten het hotel te kopen, omdat tassen bij de ingang worden gecontroleerd.

Ik wist vooraf dat het hotel niet all-inclusive was, maar ik had niet verwacht dat je zelfs voor een extra flesje water moet betalen. Dat vind ik niet passen bij een 5-sterrenhotel.

Ook bij het serveren van thee werd er niet gevraagd hoe ik mijn thee wilde hebben. Ik wilde liever een lichte thee, maar daar werd niet naar geluisterd.

Al met al vind ik dat de service niet overeenkomt met wat je van een 5-sterrenhotel mag verwachten. Voor de prijs die ik heb betaald, had ik een veel betere ervaring verwacht. Zwembad was klein

Niet echt blij voor deze prijs

Ik verbleef op 19 juni in het Zorlu Grand Hotel. Helaas ben ik niet tevreden over mijn verblijf en daarom geef ik geen hoge beoordeling.

Ik heb veel betaald voor dit hotel. Ik wist vooraf dat het verblijf niet all-inclusive was, maar ik vond het teleurstellend dat er elke dag maar twee gratis flessen water per kamer beschikbaar waren. Voor extra water moest worden betaald.

Daarnaast was mijn ervaring bij het zwembad, de sauna en de hamam niet prettig. Een medewerker was niet vriendelijk en bleef mij voortdurend volgen. Daardoor voelde ik mij niet op mijn gemak en kon ik niet rustig gebruikmaken van de faciliteiten.

Op basis van mijn ervaring vind ik de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding niet goed.
