Overall very good stay at the Hard Rock. Food was nice, staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Pros:

Rooms sizes are big

Great hotel with lovely staff
Pros:

We had a great time at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife.

The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, our room had an incredible view and facilities, and the food was amazing also.

So many kind people to note, but some of the main ones include Emilio and Daniel in the bar team, Adriana in the reception team, Gema H., Ovanny, Angeliy in the restaurant, Anita, Hugo and Raul in the Vibe Entertainment (pool volleyball/basketball) team, and all of the staff in the housekeeping team on floor 5 of the Nirvana building.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, mais ce concept n’était pas pour nous.
Pros:

Très belle chambre avec vue mer, bonne literie.
Petits déjeuner et repas variés et très bon, beaucoup de choix.
Le personnel est très sympathique et attentionné.

Cons:

Établissement un peu loin de tout, petite plage attenante à l’hôtel mais pas aménagée, dommage.
De la musique trop forte partout dans l’hôtel, même le matin au petit déjeuner, pas toujours agréable quand on veut se poser tranquillement.

Nice stay in Tenerife south
Pros:

The room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The pool was nice, the breakfast was fantastic with lots of high-quality options. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are at least 3 beaches within walking distance.

Cons:

The constant music in the lobby and on the terrace was way too loud.
