A holiday to remember!

Everything!!! From the room to the pools and the views.

The manager and most of the staff were pleasant, helpful, kind and nice.

Cons:

Personally, I would love the quality of the food to be better and a wider variety of food ok the menu.

Great stay. We enjoyed it and found it very relaxing yet perfect for our 9 year old daughter

Great set up with different pools, live music and excellent buffet. We really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade.

ADVERTENCIA: Daños en vehículo y falta de responsabilidad en el parking

El personal encantador , las instalaciones guapas pero el servicio al cliente es nefasto y hasta burlesco

Cons:

He puesto un correo a este hotel ya que guardé mi coche en su parking por 24 hrs y al salir estaba manchado de un líquido de gotea del techo , mi coche es un Porsche boxter hice un reclamo muy amablemente y pasaron de mí con mucho irrespeto ya que el supuesto seguro jamás se ha comunicado conmigo , me parece una falta de respeto ya que por no realizar mantenimiento a su parking la pintura y cristal de mi coche están en mal estado
