Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per le mie vacanze e l'esperienza complessiva è stata fantastica. La struttura è eccellente, curata nei minimi dettagli e davvero accogliente.
Uno dei punti di forza più grandi è stato senza dubbio l'intrattenimento: gli eventi serali sono stati sempre coinvolgenti, con una bellissima varietà di complessi musicali e cantanti che si alternavano sul palco ogni sera fino alle 23:00, creando un'atmosfera piacevole e mai invadente.
L'unica pecca riguarda la ristorazione. Per i gusti di un italiano il cibo non è proprio il massimo: la cucina propone piatti molto speziati, con un uso davvero abbondante di aglio e peperoni presenti quasi ovunque. Inoltre, c'è stata una certa disattenzione nell'indicazione degli allergeni, che spesso non vengono riportati in modo chiaro o corretto. È un aspetto su cui la struttura dovrebbe migliorare per garantire maggiore sicurezza e andare incontro ai gusti di tutti.
Nel complesso è stato comunque un soggiorno splendido che consiglierei, sperando soltanto in una maggiore cura sul fronte del menu e delle intolleranze alimentari per il futuro.

Pues es nuestra quinta vez en este hotel, y como siempre cumple las expectativas. El servicio, limpieza y los propios trabajadores hay que darle 6*. Mención especial a los chicos del club infantil Gianni y sus compañeros, y en el bar de la piscina a Jon y sus compañeros. Repetiremos seguro. El todo incluido un lujo.
Como nota negativa esta vez, por políticas del hotel se nos obligó por la edad de mi hijo mayor coger dos habitaciones comunicadas algo que no necesitamos ya que tiene 13 años el mayor y la peque 9 podrían compartir el sofá, pero entendemos que son políticas del propio hotel, lo que nos encareció algo la estancia por lo demás un 10/10

El spa solo
La verdad está muy descuidado paredes sucias todo muy muy descuidado para mi gusto! A diferencia de el hotel de Ibiza no tiene nada que ver!! Lo único lindo fue el spa y las habitaciones no estaban mal pero me hospedé con mis hijos en la suite y la cama del sofá cama súper incómoda ! El bufed de la cena nada que ver con! Aunque el de el desayuno bastante bien La verdad creo que es un hotel 4 estrellas no un 5
