It was lovely and a perfect stay for a honeymoon
We picked it as it was a nice hotel and came up for adeje but it was very far away.
TUTTO!!!!
Mi-a plăcut foarte mult atmosfera, camera la care ni s-a făcut un upgrade , ne-am bucurat foarte mult și mulțumim pentru acest lucru , mâncarea diversificată cu mult peste și fructe proaspete. Am participat cu multă plăcere la activitățile organizate la piscine cum ar fi aquafit, ping pong...s-a cântat live la saxofon , am sărbătorit căsătoria noastră si au fost atenți în acest sens când am ajuns în cameră.
Lângă hotel in statia de autobuz era un om al străzii care strica tot acest aspect când ieșeam seara să admirăm apusul.

We loved everything about our stay, from the room to the food and the excellent facilities throughout the hotel. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
We also enjoyed several fantastic excursions, which were reasonably priced and provided us with many wonderful memories and great photos. As an added bonus, there was different live music every evening, which created a lovely atmosphere.
We had a perfect stay, thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and hope to return soon with our family.

Todo genial. Instalaciones, buffet, ambiente... El buffet muy variado y comida rica. El personal en general amable y servicial. Un sitio ideal para desconectar y olvidarse de todo. Lo hemos pasado genial y da pena irse..
Estaría bien un poquito más de animación y de variedad en los espectaculos, especialmente tras la cena
Amazing hotel from the staff, the suites , the bars , food and drinks , all pool areas and inside of hotel was immaculate, great entertainment couldn’t fault this hotel or the staff will definitely be back. Top tip book all inclusive it’s worth every penny

The meals were amazing, breakfast and dinner! loved the room on the 14th floor with a beautiful pool and partial sea view.
Honestly, the staff was not as friendly as the last time we were there. This was disappointing. They felt almost confrontational when asked any questions at all
