Executive Inn & Suites Sacramento

This place was in a decrepit state, and had a funky odor that was not so pleasant. There were stains on the wall, lampshades, furniture, and doors. The air-conditioner did not work. There was a coffee maker that had no carafe. If I had not paid in advance, I would not have stayed here. The property required a $50 deposit on top of my pre-payment, but I have yet to see that refunded.

They gave me a Queen Room when I paid for a King Standard.

Im still waiting for the refund, i submitted all the pictures that were asked. I cancelled because the AC os not working, cleanliness issue and we don't feel safe at the premises. Lots of homeless and tge place smells weeds. Lots of people standing and parked by parking lot and there is a cockroach

No Coffee or tea packs even room had a machine

It was filthy. There are people on the property doing drugs in the stairway and it was noisy.

DO NOT STAY HERE. There were prostitutes yelling in the parking lot. The room smelled of smoke and drugs. We did not feel safe. We left immediately. We are currently asking for a refund but have yet to hear back from the property.

we wanted a second floor suite but due to the elevator not working, we had to settle on a ground floor unit that the parking area was full of people, some homeless? People knocked on our door around 2 to 3 AM on both nights of our stay. We felt unsafe at that hotel.

Everything. We had a "non smoking" ya... no the hell we didn't. I walked my 3 kids into a smoked plastered room. Its was caked on the wall. There was Jiz on the curtains. You cant open the windows unless you dont mind dying. The air conditioner was so loud you couldnt sleep through it. The toilet flopped every time you sat down. My kids wouldn't even touch anythjng it was so gross and dirty. This place is a locals party spot not for anyone not on dru**

The room smelled of overpowering pinesol gave us all a headache; the red gels on the light spoke to odd activates in room; the broken couch the bent when sat on; the hazy smoke stains/mold on the walls; the crazy weed smell all combined to make us leave immediately.

The room was in terrible condition. Graffiti on the inside walls and doors, torn comforter, broken drawers, damaged walls, chipped tub. TV did not operate trash and debris outside the room and around the property.
