Everything the staff very friendly and very close to Disneyland.
I was very disappointed with my stay. Our first room had a large roach, so we requested to be moved. While the staff did switch our room, the second room wasn’t much better. It had a strong musty smell, felt extremely humid, and the thermostat was falling off the wall.
To make matters worse, the electricity went out during our stay, and because of the outage, we couldn’t access the parking ,even though we had paid for parking. Overall, the condition of the rooms and the inconvenience we experienced made for a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
clean and comfortable bed could of of better telivision options
The room is not clean. no shampoo refill. The breakfast was so bad. it's not thing to eat
The location was good. Breakfast was hot and ample.
Parking costs of $5/day was unexpected. Being close to the freeway it was very loud and our room was not well-insulated from noise. We had to keep the air conditioner on all night to try to block the noise as the fan wouldn't stay on. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable for my son. Overall paying $511 for 3 nights seemed overpriced for this facility.

I would stay again here,but next time I would like the room next to it was to distance from it other with my grandkids autistic.
I asked before I booked with room next to or together because my grandkids are autistic but room was distant.
Good location, cleanliness of property and rooms, and breakfast included
Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was nice and the price was decent. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the bathrooms were clean. It came with breakfast, the hot foods like the omelets were delicious and the bacon was nice and crispy. They also have a small market in the lobby with lots of selections. Overall a nice place.
The hallway smelled like weed for the first two days we were there. The front never answered the phone so we needed to go down to the lobby to ask for help. Although I will say they were quick to fix the issue and help. For breakfast they have one pancake machine that functions very slowly, creating a line and making it sometimes impossible to get. Juice machine didnt work they have multiple labeled selection and only one working.

The room was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning. We took advantage of the pool which was very refreshing, but we did have to ask for towels as none were available. I enjoyed the infused water in the lobby, and the snacks for purchase in the lobby were not overly priced.
The room was missing hand towels and wash cloths, the room smelled musty. There were kids running in the hallway and making too much noise on the 1st floor where we stayed until 11:00 PM until one of the employees asked the kids to stop running and go back into there room.
