Séjour de découverte et de detente dans la belle Séville
Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel, piscine sur le toit chic et très agréable pour une pause détente et rafraîchissante, chambre hyper spacieuse, lumineuse et avec tout conforts avec coin café et frigo, salle de bain spacieuse, service de chambre impeccable

Cons:

La service bar et serviette en piscine était lent, souvent il fallait attendre longtemps que quelqu’un se montre au bar pour pouvoir demander. Un peu agaçant pour un hôtel de ce niveau. À améliorer

Ines was incredibly rude and gave wrong information that ruined my evening.
Pros:

It was clean and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

One staff member "Ines" was incredibly rude and also gave me wrong information regarding the parking.

After driving all day and arriving at 2am, I checked in with Ines, and asked where to park my car. The garage is literally next door to the hotel, maybe 2 or 3 steps by foot. Instead of telling me this, she gave me an address to enter into my GPS that led me through a labyrinth in the middle of Seville and led nowhere.

When I asked her, she said "yes, it's next door but I always give this GPS address, because for many it is easier." I said it led me to a wrong address and was unneccessary, to which she replied nonsensically, "but I have always given this GPS location," and then said "you're the only one in years who couldn't find it."

I told her that there is no need for false GPS coordinates, just simply say..."The garage is connected to the hotel...it's literally next door."

Very Strange Behavior. This employee needs to work on customer service and communication.

Very Disappointed.

Although the staff was very friendly, we do think that the receptionist could be warmer and more welcoming. Although I really have no complaints at the end of the day.

Für einen Sevilla Trip sehr gute Lage, ditekt im Viertel Santa Cruz.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist gut, aber hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht so ganz.

La camera era confortevole, pulita dotata di ogni comfort

Cons:

Una struttura di questo livello e a questi prezzi non può non avere alternative senza lattosio fresche (mi hanno dato muffin senza glutine e senza lattosio commerciali e scadenti)
Il latte senza lattosio può essere usato per tutte le preparazioni e accontenterebbero anche gli intolleranti come me
Non ci sono etichette con gli allergeni sugli alimenti

Superb staff, spotlessly clean and great location.
Pros:

The Hotel staff to a person were extremely friendly and could not do enough to help you. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the location close to everything but just a few hundred metres from the noise so was perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful location, wonderful staff
Pros:

Location was excellent. Close to everything and some nice bars out front. The hotel smells divine. The trip was to celebrate my sons birthday and Bruno and Miriam went above and beyond with a nice message for my sons birthday upon arrival with a plate of cookies, and on his birthday a complimentary bottle of bubbly. So nice!

Cons:

The roof top pool could have been a little larger and more space for sun lounges around the pool. We could only use it once during our trip however there were ample sun loungers in other areas just not near the pool.

Fijn, centraal gelegen hotel in het historsch centrum
Pros:

Mooi hotel, centraal gelegen in Sevilla. Het rooftop zwembad is klein (meer een plonsbad), maar bood heerlijke verkoeling op de warme dagen dat we er verbleven. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Eigenlijk nIets, enig mini minountje was de geur in de lift due onaangenaam was gedurende de hele tijd dat we er verbleven.
