I think the hotel is pretty good value for money.
Pros:

The hotel is located right on the street and is easy to find. The staff are very friendly.

Cons:

It can be a bit inconvenient without a car. There are very few buses here. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the city center.

Wouldn’t stay here again but enjoyed the break anyway.
Pros:

It was clean and the bed was comfortable although the mattress had seen its day.

Cons:

Some sockets in the room weren’t working. When a staff member came to assist he blamed us for this saying it was our international charger that had tripped the electricity. We’ve taken that genuine charger half way round the World and never a problem with it anywhere else. Some staff here really need training in customer service. Bus service is really bad from here to Eyre square and the nearest bus stop is a fair distance away.

Great staff, great room….thanks
Pros:

I specifically asked for a quiet room. I was put in room 119 at the back of the hotel and last room on corridor (so minimal passing traffic). I got a great nights sleep. There were three lads working on my arrival on 19th. Jesus checked me in and couldn’t be more friendly/helpful. Another sorted my evening meal etc. All three lads on duty on evening of the 19th May are a credit to the hotel. Great staff…..

Cons:

Nothing….my first time to stay and I will book again when next I’m back in Galway

Guter Stopp auf einer Rundreise.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist völlig in Ordnung, ich habe nichts vermisst. Wir haben auch abends im Hotel gegessen. Auch das Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung überaus freundlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Parkplätze sind kostenlos und genug vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb. Uns hat das nicht gestört, nach einem langen Fahrtag waren wir froh, alles im Hotel zu bekommen.
