It was clean

Cons:

There were people screaming and slamming the door at 3 pm in the morning the reception was almost all the time with no one. The staff member enter in my room after checked in around 220 pm
Which was a horrible experience !!!

very happy with big room, big comfy bed, clean, all that you need in the kitchen, close to many attractions and numerous restaurants and shops . Staff were all happy and positive . Thankyou

Pros:

It was convenient to all the main areas in town, like Chinatown, DH and Pitt Street mall and close to the light rail stops, so we could go to The Star easily. Also, close to the train stations like Town Hall.

Cons:

They didn't top up the bodywash but everything else was good.

Pros:

It was close to my conference.

Cons:

The pictures did not match the room. It looked much nicer but the room was drab, dated and the bathroom was gross with discolouration on the roof (not sure if it was mould but can't be sure).

Great place to stay right in the city
Pros:

Great location. No reception staff on arrival but after a phone call waited only a few minutes for someone to come.
Room very good, spacious, large comfortable bed. Our room had its own small courtyard balcony.
Good tv, good sized bar fridge. All the tea/coffee requirements covered. Kitchenette included with small cooking facility if required.
Good bathroom facilities with good-sized shower.
Parking onsite was $50/night but very convenient.

Cons:

Cheaper parking - there are cheaper options available nearby, just not as convenient.
Floor to ceiling windows were good but only had blinds so open with no privacy from flats opposite or closed with no natural light option. Sheer curtains would have been good to allow some privacy & light.

Super convenient location for all your Sydney CBD needs!
Pros:

I really liked the location of the place having easy access to the Sydney ICC and a whole bunch of restuarants and stores in the CBD. The room was quite spacious even with a booking for 3 guests. The bathroom was satisfactory and the kitchenette was really handy to make use of.

Cons:

The bathmat ended up getting really damp through the several days of our stay as the shower area ended up pooling water faster than the hole could drain the water away. After realizing that the shower head could be pushed closer to the wall, that issue didn't end up being too bad.

Pros:

Room was big and clean and a great location to restaurants and shopping and for us the ICC if your there for an event or a show

Cons:

It gets noisy as the location is near all the food places so if you want somewhere quiet it can be noisy till midnight...in the room the TV didn't work well but we just used the laptop and phones
