Pros:

La ubicación y la vista a la ciudad

Cons:

No mencionan que la alberca no esta habilitada, puedes usar la de otro hotel pero esta muy lejos no es factible , no hay ni siquiera un ventilador y hace mucho calor , la almohada era muy incomoda, el baño tenia una fuga de agua , no volvería a hospedarme

Cons:

Que no estaba limpia la cama, ya que al destenderla habia 2 moscas grandes muertas y la almohada estaba con muchas bolas en el interior y era incómodo dormir

Terrible experiencia por 1700 pesos

Me gustó la historia de la mina prehispánica y también emma historia del lugar.

Cons:

No me gustó que reserve una habitación pensando en estar en la piscina y estuviera en remodelación, y que al contratar el cuarto no tengan la leyenda la piscina no sirve, acudimos a otras instalaciones donde fue peor mi esposa le salió una alergia, muchas personas tomando en las instalaciones que nos dijeron que fuéramos. La habitación no tenía cable, menos un ventilador y hacia mucho calor pasamos una noche de espanto. Lo único rescatable fue la invitación a la mina prehispánica de resto, simplemente creemos que pagar 1700 por una noche ahí fue un desperdicio.

La ubicación es excelente, la alberca es un plus muy bueno, el estilo del hotel es muy bonito.

Cons:

Muchísimo ruido en mi habitación al estar cerca de la avenida, el lavabo del baño goteaba y el piso estaba mojado todo el tiempo.

CHINCHES EN LA HABITACION

Cons:

Habían chinches en las camas, exigí que me cambiarán de habitación, me mandaron a una donde los colchones estaban pésimos.
La alberca estaba muy sucia y toda llena de lama.

La vista definitivamente es bella y el personal es amable.

Cons:

- No había ventilador (tuvimos que estarlo pidiendo y para q finalmente nos lo dieran, nosotros tuvimos que subirlo a la habitación)
- No nos hicieron la limpieza el segundo día, igual nosotros tuvimos q buscar al personal para q fueran a hacerlo.
- El cuarto solo tiene dos conectores y ninguno es cercano a la cama.
- La alberca no estaba limpia.

Hotel simples, ideal para estadias curtas. Boa localização
Pros:

O hotel é histórico e possui ambientes muito interessantes e bonitos.

Cons:

O acesso pode ser complicado, as vagas de estacionamento limitadas e é necessário carregar as malas pois não há elevadores. O colchão estava meio velho, a pressão de água no chuveiro bem fraca e as janelas não tinham cortina blackout.

Físicamente el lugar es muy bonito. Terraza con gran vista.

Cons:

Las cobijas. Almohadas y colchones eran muy incómodos. El agua tardó en calentar y estaban al revés los mandos. Unos niños estuvieron tocando en la madrugada la puerta, hasta la patearon. La alberca estaba muy sucia de la parte de abajo. Estaba resbaloso el fondo.

Me encanto este hotel , sin duda volvere , desde el principio las recepcionistas del turno matutino excelentes personas , limpieza en todo su explendor , una vista maravillosa , sin duda una estacia increible , mi familia y yo la pasamos bien , el agua de la alberca es muy fria , pero agradable por el clima, y la mina que esta dentro del.hotel increible.🙏

Solo diria que me gustaria le dieran mas mantenimiento a la alberca xk es resbalosa , pero nada q sea peligroso

Nada en realidad es un hotel viejo y sucio, las toallas parecían lijas

Cons:

Las habitaciones dan hacia una calle muy transitada, es un cancel sin vidrios solo mosquiteros, todo el ruido se mete adicionalmente que el colchón se le salían los resortes, no había agua caliente las sábanas sucias, en realidad el peor hotel que me he hospedado en mi vida, el personal de front desk muy mal ahorrense la peor pesadilla se sus vidas en verdad
