De kamer, service van al het personeel: vriendelijk, behulpzaam.

De koelkast op de kamer.

Pros:

La cena muy buena calidad y bien cocinado todo muy rico pero tardan muchísimo en servir 2 horas debido al poco personal que van a fuego.

Cons:

Para ser de 4 estrellas poca cosa en el desayuno y poca calidad, para la cena poco personal trabajan mucho solo 2 personas para todo el comedor no dan servido nos tuvimos que ir sin comer el postre.

We liked the use of the luggage trolley, the view from our room was lovely, good size room, comfy bed, the fridge was good.

Cons:

The access to the parking was very difficult. There was just one coffee and one can of water in the room, despite there being 2 of us.

très bon hôtel bien situé
Pros:

le petit déjeuner est moyen les oeufs brouillés étaient froids ainsi que le lard
la vue sur le gave et le petit balcon très agréable
l'emplacement est super non loin de l'entrée du sanctuaire
le parking sécurisé

un rafraîchissement de l'hôtel serait nécessaire
les portes d'ascenseur sont écaillées

Excellent location for visiting Lourdes. The staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast had a great choice of options. I am mostly impressed with the efficiency of the cleaning staff: several came into the room in the morning and within minutes the room and bathrooms were shining and everything refilled. I have never seen such a fast and thorough cleaning service.
Our room had a river view which was absolutely stunning.
For dinner we tried the duck breast which was exquisite, baked camembert and egg cloud. The food was of the highest quality.

Extremely good value for money
Pros:

Perfect location, Very friendly staff, very comfortable and well presented rooms

Cons:

Sound isolation wasn't the best, you can hear noises from other rooms and corridors. But it wasn't very disturbing as people weren't loud

Pros:

Las camas comodas y sabanas buena calidad.Situacion muy buena y centrica, muy cerca del santuario de Lourdes.
Parking solo tiene 8 plazas.
Hotel con categoria y servicios por encima de la media de la zona.

Cons:

Insonorizacion interior y climatizacion de la habitacion mejorable. Toallas pequeñas y bastante usadas, para la categoria del establecimiento
