Pros:

Ik kreeg een upgrade naar een kamer met airco; een weldaad bij de hoge temperaturen buiten.

Ik kies het hotel voor de ligging. Gelegen in residentiële wijk met goede horeca en op loopafstand opera en Englischer Garten ligt om de hoek.

Nog belangrijker vind ik de hoge kwaliteit van het ontbijt. Vanmorgen genoten van de rauwe groenten zoals paprika, de geweldige mozzarella salade, de kazen, naast voor mij muesli, gekookt ei en verse fruitsalade. Complimenten voor dit zeer verzorgde ontbijt.

Quaint quiet location near the English Gardens and good food.
Pros:

Location was in a quiet neighborhood near the garden. Breakfast was very good. Room were spacious and comfortable

Cons:

The location was a bit far from public transport. The elevator that was publicized was useless because it only ran on half floors. So we had to carry lots of heavy luggage up and down quite a few stairs.

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla e a pochi passi dal centro, è molto pulita e ordinata, camere spaziose e pulite. Davvero uno dei migliori hotel in cui sono stato, in rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare una pecca, solo i cuscini scomodi. Il resto tutto perfetto!

L'albergo è carino, considerando il livello dell'albergo stesso.

Cons:

Il prezzo era decisamente eccessivo rispetto a quanto offerto. Il vero problema però, visto che il prezzo era noto a priori, è stata la stanza che ci hanno assegnato come Junior suite. Una stanza che non aveva NESSUNA caratteristica in comune con le junior suite riportate nelle foto sul sito. Un sottotetto piccolissimo, in cui si faticvava a camminare tra il letto ed il divano letto, con un bagno di dimensioni ridicole (il lavandino in particolare grande come un ditale). Vergognoso! Alle mie rimostranze, mi è stato risposto che le junior suite non sono tutte uguali e che alcuni clienti chiedono delle stanze specifiche.
