El traslado al aeropuerto, fácil y gratis. Una maravilla. Un hotel limpio, muy aseado.

The personnel is very nice and helpful. The location is perfect; they are close to a subway station to connect with Madrid and a shuttle that can bring you from or take you to the airport.

Location is amazing. But the staff are just wonderful.
Our AC was a disaster. As it was summer we had it on at night. However it was so noisy we got little sleep as it clicked on and off every 70 seconds (yes, I timed it!!) and when it came on the fan was extremely loud. My wife is a deep sleeper and it even kept her awake. Ended up using my noise cancelling headphones to block out the noise. We stayed here previously and didn't have this issue.

Lamentablemente, en esta ocasión mi experiencia no estuvo a la altura de lo que esperaba de este hotel.
Anoche solicité en la barra una simple bolsa de té negro (English Breakfast), ya que en mi habitación solo había infusiones de hierbas. La respuesta fue que ese té se vendía y que no podían facilitarme una bolsa.
Más que el valor económico del té, lo que me sorprendió fue la falta de consideración hacia un huésped. En una habitación de más de 120 € por noche se incluyen amenities, zapatillas de descanso y otros detalles de cortesía, por lo que cuesta entender que un gesto tan sencillo no forme parte del servicio.
Los pequeños detalles son los que realmente marcan la diferencia y fidelizan a los clientes. Me he alojado en este hotel en más de cinco ocasiones precisamente porque siempre había tenido una buena impresión, pero esta situación me dejó una sensación de poca orientación al cliente y escasa preocupación por la experiencia de sus huéspedes.
Ojalá puedan revisar este tipo de políticas, porque un gesto tan simple como entregar una bolsa de té habría dejado una impresión completamente distinta. En ocasiones, la hospitalidad se demuestra en los detalles más pequeños.

La ubicación y el servicio de shuttle para el aeropuerto.

Las instalaciones muy viejitas y no están muy cuidadas.
El shuttle al aeropuerto tiene horarios muy restringidos, y éramos los únicos clientes que requerían el servicio.

El menú del restaurante era muy básico . Los muebles de la habitación viejos y la alfombra del pasillo de los cuartos toda manchada . En general no es un hotel que esté en buen estado
Me gustó mucho la habitación, muy confortable y el baño con artículos de aseo y crema hidratante. Solicité baño adaptado por estar con una lesión en la pierna y me proporcionaron uno estupendo.
El desayuno, muy completo y con zumo de naranja natural, algo muy poco habitual.
El transporte a y desde el aeropuerto muy bien y con mucha frecuencia.
Buena piscina.
El personal de recepción muy agradable y profesional.
