the location and the hotel rooms located along with mountain.. looks nice.
The balcony was nice and big

Grab a bargain during wet season
Pros:

Had a good off season discount. Room was comfortable. Breakfast okay for Thai. Beach was a good 5 mins walk. Pool areas were quiet.

Cons:

Lots of empty trims but we had people above and adjacent to us … personally I would have appreciated an empty room between guests so that inevitably noises were kept to a minimum.. doors closing furniture scraping. Nothing big but the hotel was very quiet and there was plenty of space so surprised to have us all bunched up together

Memorable
Pros:

This was one of the best stays I ever had. The property is so amazing with everything you can ask for - great rooms with ocean views, trees, swimming pools, restaurants and bar. And it is 5 min walk to beach and so many cafes around.

The team at the hotel was the primary reason of my excellent stay - a huge thanks to the team from booking , reception, at the restaurant and the cleaners. These guys are the best I have ever met in my years of traveling. They made my stay easy and memorable.

My room was cleaned everyday and it was so neat.

Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort - Top-quality holiday experience

We were once again on holiday in Karon, Thailand this April and, as always, stayed at this fantastic and service-minded hotel.
From start to finish everything works 100% perfectly—from the booking process with quick email responses, airport pick-up service to the amazing staff who make the holiday feel like home and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-quality holiday experience.

Personal wie immer top.Freundlich,Hilfsberreit und ohne Makel. Als Stammgast schon freundschaftlich zum Personal.

Cons:

Leider waren mir zuwenig Deutsch und Englischsprechende Gäste im Hotel,mit Denen man sich unterhalten hätte können.
Man hat das Gefühl,es wird von Jahr zu Jahr weniger.

One off the best hotels in karon beach
Pros:

This is my first time staying at the best western phuket ocean resort ,i will recommend it to everybody. The moment you walk in you feel welcome , the staff is very nice , the rooms are clean .And they got a wonderfull restaurant with good fresh food ,you have a lot of options .the staff member john r. is a very kind man he helped me every time i visites the restaurant .i felt very welcome and Comfortable. Thnx for the hospitality see you next time

BW Karon, a must to stay at.
Pros:

BW Karon is our place to stay at Karon. Affordable well run efficient hotel with friendly attentive staff, there is no better option. BW have also had a recent makeover with a new modern look and updated facilities with extra amenities but the friendly welcome is still the same, and that is what you remember most of all. Put all of this together with the joy of Karon Beach in Thailand and it’s a wonderful package. Great food services available like a wonderful daily breakfast, on site restaurant and some complimentary coffees etc in the reception all add to it. Lower level accommodation is available for elder folk, pools etc for family fun, BW must be so proud of this hotel and staff. It is exceptional at every level.

Amazing hotel and great people working there
Pros:

Property located very close to the beach, 7/11 and massage. There a lot of restaurants around, so if you don't want to commute you have your lazy holidays with everything you need around you. Hotel stuff was very attentive and friendly, we got all we need. It was nice that they provide beach towels. Breakfast was good, a lot of options you can choose from. Overall it was a great stay.

Большая зеленая территория, вкусный завтрак (можно докупить на месте), супер вид из номера Deluxe.
Сам номер уже не новый, но чистый и уютный. Персонал очень вежливый
Отличный ресторан, из которого можно заказывать еду в номер
Три бассейна, один из которых находится вдали от шумных тусовок

Cons:

Очень много открытых лестниц на жаре - в некоторые номера довольно тяжело попасть, если есть ограничения по мобильности

Останавливался на 4 дня для выбора локации.
Pros:

Отель расположен близко к пляжу. 5 минут неспешным шагом. Рядом магазин. Есть пару макашниц. До улицы где много кафе 7-10 минут пешком. Уборка номеров идеально, каждый день. Территория чистая ухожена. В холе отеля комплимент от отеля (кофе, напитки). Кафе на территории отеля с хорошими ценами. В номере чайник, кофе. чай, сахар. Интернет не супер но для работы хватало.

Cons:

Отель расположен прям у оживленной дороги. Шум от машин целый день и ночь. У кого чуткий сон без беруш никак. Это наверно единственный минус.
