This is our 3rd visit to to Best Western Resort. On arrival the staff remembered us and we had flowers and a fruit platter waiting in our room for us. The pools were right outside our door. Pool staff were fun and remembered my drink every time 😍. Restaurant was great and staff were such fun. We want to say a BIG thanks to Yvett and ING at reception for all the care and attention they gave us. Nothing was a problem. If your looking for a friendly place to stay and close to the shopping and beach this is the place. 🥰🥰🥰
I’ve been there with my mother, we had great time. The stuff was amazing, as usual kind and polite, always smiling.
Then my mother got sick for a couple of days and kwan and Ying and Thiri Shwe Sin from the restaurant team were very nice in preparing me stuff for her breakfast.
Beautiful hotel and amazing location.
I really advise to anyone who wants just to have some relaxing time without any stress.

Check-in was smooth, and the property is beautiful. The staff guides you well and I met this lady at the front desk Yve, who guided me through and her warm welcome immediately sets a positive tone for everyone walking through the door
I truly loved my stay at **Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort!** From the moment I arrived, Yve was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet, kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best possible experience.
Yve went above and beyond throughout my entire stay. She helped me with everything I needed, always made sure I was comfortable, and was incredibly attentive to my needs. She even encouraged me to book a Phi Phi Island tour, which turned out to be such a wonderful experience, and she helped arrange transportation for me to the bus terminal when it was time to leave.
But what made this stay truly special was that I didn't just meet someone from the hotel — **I truly made a friend.** Yve was not just guest service personnel to me; she became my well-wisher. She genuinely looked out for me, cared about my experience, and wanted to make sure I was safe, happy, and enjoying my time in Phuket.
Her kindness, warmth, and thoughtfulness made my stay so memorable. Sometimes it’s the people you meet during your travels who make the experience unforgettable, and Yve was definitely that person for me.
It was truly a **magical experience**, and I will always remember my stay at Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort because of her. I would absolutely stay here again, and I sincerely hope I get to see Yve again someday. ❤️
Nice hotel. The rooms are very clean and are well maintained every day. The breakfast is good, with a nice mix of European and Thai food. The staff are very friendly, especially Yve, who was very attentive and gave us excellent tips for beautiful places to visit.
Great location, walking distance to beach restaurants seven eleven and more.. rooms large and vlean with good hot water. Breadkfadbig selection and tasty. The pools are also wonderful. All the staff are do helpful and friendly. Munger makes a good cocktail in foyer bar. Front office do willing to help especially Yveth
We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Ocean Resort Phuket. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the very first day.
The rooms were always spotless and well maintained. We also loved the beautiful hotel grounds with the different pool areas and relaxing atmosphere. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach and restaurants.

The breakfast was fantastic, I have stayed here 5-6 times now and it has been 8 years since I have been back and it was great to catch up with some of the old staff again. Fantastic place for a family or couple holiday.
As I am heading for the older years , the stairs to lifts were the only thing I could of done without, but did tone up body.
What an experience absolutely awesome with friendly staff, enjoyed our stay here, thank you all at Best Western Ocean Resort, and especially to Yve at the front desk….you made us feel at home the minute we arrived. Thanks till next time: Dino, Monique and Millie 💯💥👌🏽
Good food by chef Cezar and the front desks,especially yvez is so approachable, also all the staff. I gladly recommend it to our friends.
Room was big and comfortable with a nice balcony.
Very near the beach. Resort has 3 pool to choose from, no overcrowding.
Bed was too soft.
Bar at the pool can be improved.. Beer was not cold enough and a hot plastic cup was served together.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again I had a wonderful experience. Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful pool view. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the restaurant service was excellent.
One thing I noticed when I came back was that Robert, one of the waiters at the restaurant, was no longer there. I really missed seeing him because he always provided outstanding service during my previous stay. He was friendly, attentive, and made every meal more enjoyable.
Overall, I had another fantastic stay and would happily recommend this hotel. I look forward to visiting again in the future.
