Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Lantern Inn. The hotel is incredibly cosy, beautifully located, and very peaceful
The breakfast was excellent. The staff were absolutely lovely and made us feel at home .
A charming place that we would happily recommend and return to!

Great hotel (location, view, spacious , quiet )
Pros:

Great location and great view of the Harbor (room 303). Quiet hotel. Spacious room and bathroom with double sinks. Breakfast was good and enjoyed the appetizers and drinks in the evening. Staff was very friendly and nice. Highly recommend this hotel

Location was excellent with a great view. Having cheese and wine in the late afternoon was a good touch. Breakfast was a little above average.

My New Happy Place.
Pros:

Outstanding hotel and location. Service was incredible. The Breakfast and happy hour outstanding. This is now my “Happy Place”. I’ll be back for sure.

I checked out as soon as the sun came up.
Pros:

The staff was amazingly friendly. The ocean views beautiful from the lobby and the elevator.

Cons:

The room had a terrible odor, like stinky feet and the carpet was dirty/stained.
The towels did not smell good at all, didn’t smell clean nor did the pillows on the bed. That was an old musty, stinky smell.

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast, on a bluff overlooking the harbor of Dana Point. Very tranquil and peaceful.
Pros:

We loved our stay at the Blue Lanter. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne, and shortly after a beautiful wine and cheese hour. Our room was beautiful with a patio area over looking the ocean.

Pros:

Very beautiful and comfortable. Quite and relaxing, close to the Dana Point harbor for a nice walk. Breakfast was very good and the staff was great! We will definitely return for another stay.
