Everything was far better than I expected! The location is the greatest!
Location and friendliness of the staff.
Jeff was great. My fridge died in the middle of the night. He replaced it with a new fridge on the spot. Saved me from losing a lot of food, which was much appreciated.

Residence Inn at Easton Towncenter was very accommodating to our baseball team traveling from Hawaii. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants AND a Trader Joe’s. The lobby atmosphere is relaxing and very clean. Rooms were comfortable with good a/c .. Lastly, their staff valued the Aloha Spirit. Some examples would be Isabelle’s help with filling our team cooler with ice in the mornings. Tesha was also very helpful during breakfast and we appreciated the other gentleman who would work the breakfast. Overall a great value. Our team would definitely request to stay here again next summer.

Stayed here for OSU's graduation. Excellent hotel. Clean, large rooms, quiet, and good Wi-Fi. The hotel appears very new and is well maintained. Staff was extremely friendly.
Only nit was that they only have coffee available in the morning. However there is a Starbucks-style coffee shop in the lobby that also sells pastries and breakfast items. And there are a ton of other options in the shopping center across the parking lot. Parking is plentiful though exiting through the shopping enter can be a nightmare due to traffic.
We would definitely stay here again.
