Location is great, near Easton Town Center
Room temperature could not be controlled. We were moved to a different room where the humidity was so bad, our clothes were damp and my wife slipped on the bathroom floor due to it being wet. Not a good experience and we won’t be staying there again We travel to Columbus several times per year and will have to find a new go-to hotel.
The room was immaculate. The mattress is great. Nice and firm. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The room was extremely cold. And the thermostat didn't work to adjust it. The sink drained very slowly.

They are quick to resolve issues. Had a problem with the room the first night (the ac was making the room smell like mold) and they swapped us immediately in the morning when I mentioned it. In their defense, the area had a lot of rain and flooding before we arrived that were causing issues. It even damaged their fire suppression system and the fire alarm went off one night like every hour or less. Out of their control. It was fixed by the morning and they sent out apology letters. Great location! Our boys loved the pool!
They need to maintain their windows better and clean them. There was a old wasp nest between the glass and screen of my room and I really wanted to open the window 😅 relatively small complaint haha

Location and friendliness of the staff.
Jeff was great. My fridge died in the middle of the night. He replaced it with a new fridge on the spot. Saved me from losing a lot of food, which was much appreciated.
