Hotel personnel were very professional and understanding of any issue we may had.
Pros:

In general, it was a nice experience, from the reception personnel to the cleanliness of the hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom shower head was damage, and the Handicap Accessibility was not proper.

I would not come back.
Pros:

I liked they had a security guard patrolling the parking lot. It was clean!

Cons:

The room was small. Our air conditioning didn’t work. I called the front desk and all they could do was tell me to unplug it and plug it back in.

great place for travelers to stay that is a home away from home.
Pros:

beds comfy..breakfast was good*...room exceptional as to chairs, tv etc.

Cons:

the only thng that could have been better was to extend the breakfast hours to 10 AM instead of 9AM../not aLL PERSONS ARE EARLY RISERS.

Pros:

Welcome screen with my name, curtious host, room nice and clean, I liked the healthier food choices for breakfast, my husband would of like more options, would of liked bacon , maybe waffles or something more, maybe donuts.

Cons:

Did not have Printed restaurant locations/suggestions for where to go to eat. Extra toilet paper in the room.

Front desk personnel kindly and helpful, bed very comfortable. Price very reasonable! One suggestion: Install automatic entrance door because it's difficult to enter with the luggage trolley. Thank you!

Great Staff
Pros:

Staff was exceptional! Polite, accommodating, and helpful.

Cons:

It wasn't very clean. The other guests had ordered food and the bag of trash and discarded food sat in the hallway all night. There were 4 rooms like that. Getting off the elevator smelled horribly.

The lady helping me was very sweet and was able to refund me.

I wasn’t able to stay.

Cons:

I was able to make my reservation, the site stated there were a few rooms available. I get there and they stated they didn’t have a room for me. Mind you, I had just driven over 10 hours so it was quite disappointing and had to travel another hour and half until I could find something else.
