Es ist traurig, ein so traditionsreiches Hotel in diesem Zustand zu sehen, das mit schmutzigen
Pros:

Das Beste am Hotel ist seine Lage in der Altstadt. Es liegt praktisch in der Nähe von allem.

Cons:

Die Tagesdecken und Teppiche im Hotelzimmer waren sehr alt. Die Bettwäsche war sauber, aber auf dem kleinen Kühlschrank lagen weiße Haare von den vorherigen Gästen. Das Zimmer war vor unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt worden. Diese Bereiche hätten sich mit wenig Aufwand reinigen lassen, aber vielleicht wollten sie sich aufgrund des niedrigen Preises die Arbeit ersparen.

Die unmittelbare Lage zur Altstadt war gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Es war einfach schrecklich. Ganz schlimm eingerichtet und laut. Ich weiß ja nicht wer hier Bewertungen angegeben hat und vielleicht gibt es bessere Zimmer aber wir waren richtig enttäuscht und wollten Abend nicht ins Hotelzimmer. Überall alles mit einem Teppich überklebt bzw. mit Reißzwecken befestigt was anscheinend das „Castle“ Flair unterstreichen soll. So schlecht gemacht Das Bett hatte die schiefe Ebene🙄. Wer eine Milbenallergie hat der hat schlechte Karten.

Maybe good for people travelling on a budget but this is not a 4 star hotel.
Pros:

The location was very good and the cost was reasonable.

Cons:

The hotel did not live up to its 4 star rating or the photos on its website. It was rather dated and shabby and the carpets in particular were not very clean.

Wir haben the floor is Lava gespielt um den Boden nicht berühren zu müssen :(

Die Lage. Und sie würde grundsätzlich tuen es sie soll, wäre sie sauber.

Cons:

Alles ist etwa 30 Jahre alt und einfach heruntergekommen. Das hilft auch Putzen nicht mehr - auch wenn es ein Anfang wäre.

It was poor for the value of money.
Pros:

Poor breakfast. There was no electricity on the day of check out in the morning. No receptionist available till 10 am

When the issues happen in the kitchen give out breakfast vouchers to eat out.
There should be measures in place for power failure happens even a contact number for guest to get help
