Home away from home
Pros:

The staff was very professional and check in was quick and easy. Crystal at the front desk deserves a Christmas bonus. She was very welcoming and polite.

Cons:

The room above us had little ones who ran about, but if you're on the bottom floor you can expect a little noise. We were okay with it.

It was nice to have a complimentary breakfast, as well as having access to a pool in the morning. Our room was clean and spacious, I think we were upgraded to an nicer suite because of technical issues with getting us checked in.

Cons:

The kitchen area was a huge mess. It was disgusting. We did not have a key to get in and out of facilities when we checked in late at night because the front desk staff was having problems with the computer check in process. Luckily, she was able to use her master key to get us in a room for the night and left a key for us in the morning for pickup.

Our stay was pleasant enough after the rough start of a check in. We attended the Good Guys Car Show
Cons:

We didn’t care that our Special Request for ground level was honored and stated for health reason and how you took it upon yourselves to “upgrade” us and to the 3rd floor. With NO elevator we were not exactly thrilled that check in took longer than anticipated. Room was located on the ground lever but it was a long check in.

If you don't mind stairs this is a very nice place (no elevator)
Pros:

room is clean and well stocked. The breakfast is always great, an omelette bar, biscuits/gravy, scrambled eggs, potatoes, waffles, breads/pastries, juices, yogart, hard boiled eggs, fruit etc.

Cons:

When I checked in they didn't mention about the $100 for incidentals that they refunds. I thought I had been overcharged so I called the hotel and clarified that I will get a refund on my credit card. I thought that is what had happened. If they had mentioned this I wouldn't have needed to call them back.
