Cons:

Junior Suite for 3 Adults fell short of my expectations for money paid…..
Only set up for 2 with 3 bed inadequate, only 2 chairs on balcony etc
I genuinely believe the 3 adult cost should be reduced, the current set up is only adequate for the 3rd person to be a child

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit sehr freundlichem Personal und einem hervorragenden veganen Angebot.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und sehr schön. Besonders positiv überrascht waren wir vom Küchenpersonal und davon, wie gut auf unsere veganen Ernährungsbedürfnisse eingegangen wurde. Wir hatten eine grosse Auswahl und mehr als genug zu essen. Als Veganer können wir das Hotel deshalb sehr empfehlen – das ist leider nicht überall selbstverständlich. Das gesamte Küchenpersonal war sehr freundlich und hat sich wirklich Mühe gegeben, uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

Cons:

Trotz Vollpension war es ausserhalb der Mahlzeiten nicht möglich, kostenlos Wasser nachzufüllen bzw. Wasser zu bekommen. Gerade bei warmem Wetter hätten wir das bei einem Hotel mit Vollpension erwartet.

Ausserdem fanden wir es etwas schade, dass das Restaurant nur einen Innenbereich hatte und keine Terrasse. Gerade bei schönem Wetter hätten wir es schön gefunden, draussen essen zu können.

Un resort muy muy recomendable, tanto para estancias largas como para estancias cortas.

En general perfecto, personal, limpieza, tranquilidad, diferentes zonas de baño y zonas deportivas, padel, fútbol, tenis, ping-pong, todo muy acogedor.

La calidad de las bebidas en el todo incluido son algo justitas.

The facility is super, my son loves the water slide. We spend a lot in the pool.

It is difficult to call a taxi, we have to take a bus. The good thing is that the bus stop is just in front of the hotel
