Prima hotel om Trier te verkennen.
Pros:

Ontbijt was goed en het restaurant van het hotel is prima!
Het personeel was vriendelijke en behulpzaam.
Locatie is perfect om de stad te bezichtigen. De parkeergarage onder het hotel geeft toegang tot het hotel.

Location, clean, comfortable bedroom, and bathroom, parking for bicycles and outlets for E bike charging.

Cons:

Expensive breakfast on top of room charge. Breakfast buffet was extensive & nice, but no choice to do something simpler, lower cost, or simple breakfast included.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, Fußgängerzone, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Mosel, alles direkt zu erreichen. Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal dort, bietet sich für eine kurze Auszeit perfekt an, unser Geheimtipp ist das Café direkt gegenüber. Auch die Zimmer gefallen uns sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück im Innenhof auf den Möbeln mit den vielen Kissen ist traumhaft. Allerdings: Warum muss so ein Frühstück 29 Euro kosten??? Da stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht, zumal der Sekt mittlerweile Aufpreis kostet. Vergleichbares gilt für die Parkgebühren in der Tiefgarage.

Jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Gerade auch bei Anreise mit dem Auto. Parkgarage direkt unter dem Hotel, mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel. Bei Abrechnung des Parkplatzes über das Hotel ist eine Ausfahrt und anschließende Einfahrt jederzeit möglich. Dafür bekommt man dann ein extra Ticket an der Rezeption.
Das Zimmer war gepflegt und sauber. Sehr nettes Personal im gesamten Hotel, besonders an der Rezeption bei Anreise. Das Frühstück war gut. Wir sind während unseres Aufenthalts für einen Tagesausflug mit dem Zug nach Luxemburg gefahren. Das Ticket haben wir uns am Bahnhof am Schalter gekauft. Keine 14 Euro für 2 Personen hin und zurück. In Luxemburg selbst ist der ÖPNV völlig unkompliziert und kostenlos.

Nice, convenient hotel overall, but with some minor issues that could be improved.
Pros:

Very conveniently located in the center of town, this is a nice hotel in general with clean rooms which are a good size and have comfortable beds. The rooms are quiet if the window is shut. A very good buffet breakfast is served and the staff were very helpfull and friendly.

Cons:

The air conditioning was either not working or was ineffective so the room was too hot. Opening the windows meant that the room can become noisy from the courtyard. There is also smoking allowed in this central courtyard area which could drift into the room when windows were open and additionally meant that if you wanted to eat breakfast in the outdoor area then you were exposed to cigarette smoke. The shower leaked badly and flooded the bathroom. Strong scents/air freshners in the reception area could cause a problem for people sensitive to these.
