Avhengig av shuttle buss. Sjåføren kjørte samtidig som han var på mobil. Noen ganger var det kun ståplasser. Sjåføren brukte noen ganger bussen som pirattaxi å tok opp passasjerer å krevde betalt.

Nice place, friendly staff and amazing view
Pros:

Lovely little hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful with great communication. Breakfast area, bar and reception were nice with an amazing view. Room was big and was great for what we needed alongside handy kitchenette and fridge. Shuttle service is great and is essential if you don't have a car - it can get busy (Pasquale the driver was good fun).

Cons:

The outside space of the hotel, aside from the reception area does have a few rough edges and some tlc is defo needed. Pool area was clean and the day beds were good & washed down daily but the other sun loungers weren't the best. Shade at pool wasn't great, it was very hot when we were there and only two large canopies, third was broken. Seating at pool was a little grubby.

All about the pool and the view. The staff are great and the restaurant next door is fantastic. Easier than we though to pop up and down to town on the bus. We had a great time! It was perfect for relaxation

The views from the hotel were beyond beautiful. You can see the whole of sorrento from up there. It was lovely to wake up to it everyday and swim with the view in the background.

The staff were so kind and helpful. I was struggling to find a way to get to Naples for my early flight but they helped me with this. They were always there when needed and were always so polite. The cleaners did a really good job at cleaning the room everyday.

The hotel room was perfect and had everything I needed such as an iron and ironing board and hair dryer, tv and air conditioning. Each room has an outside seating area which was lovely. The bed was comfortable. I had a kitchen area with a fridge and cooker which was helpful.

The shuttle bus service was reliable and the drivers were always so friendly and welcoming. The bus was air conditioned and comfortable. The journey had great views to the hotel and when travelling back to Sorrento centre.

The breakfast was lovely and it was amazing to watch the view whilst eating.

Cons:

You have to consider the time it takes to get to and from the town centre everyday as it takes 15-20 minutes on the shuttle bus. If you want to go at a time where the shuttle bus is not running (before 7:45am, between 12-3pm or after 11:45pm) it costs 70 euros to taxi down to the centre or to the hotel.

A wonderful peaceful vacation at the picturesque la Terrazze
Pros:

It was a very pleasant stay at the Residence. The views were stunning and really looked exactly as in the photo.
We liked the quiet and serene feel at the property. Our apartment (split floor apartment nr. 10) was exactly what we needed for our family of 5. It was convenient to have a small kitchenette, enough space in the main room. The terrace with beautiful views was perfect. The pool size was great and there was always enough sunbeds and space for the guests.
The staff at the reception was very friendly and accommodating. Although there was no proper eating place at the property, but it was nice to receive served continental breakfast at the main terrace, and the staff was always ready to arrange/order food or suggest dining options nearby. Coffee was really good! Of course, one of the best arrangements was the complimentary shuttle bus service to Sorento, because otherwise it would have been rather difficult to get to town, not a walking distance (15 mins by bus) down the hill.

Cons:

There was nothing that we really disliked.
It was a bit inconvenient that there was no food store or market near the property. Nor there was a restaurant somewhere near, so we went to Sorento. The restaurant in the hotel close to la Terrazze was not very appealing, although the food was good.
