Pros:

Location was as expected and got a good night sleep. Room was clean and as expected. Car park was safe so I could relax. The receptionist was excellent and I would give her a rating of 10/10.

Cons:

Lift was broken and I was on the second floor. So I had to hump a 23kg suitcase up 2 flights of stairs. I am 67 so it was a challenge especially in the heat. The breakfast, for a European, could be better. You have to leave a deposit, which I don't mind. What I find bad is that they are still holding my deposit after 2 weeks and I left the room immaculate. This is not a very good business practice from a customer experience perspective.
