It was a good price. The location was descent. The employees were nice!
Checking in online when they sent a text the day before did absolutely nothing. I had to reenter all the information. The bed was terrible. I stayed 5 days and woke up with my back hurting everyday. The side doors are unlocked at all times with a sign that says it is for convenience when clearly the locks just do not work.
Nothing
Dear Manager / Guest Relations Team,
I am writing to formally complain about an incident that occurred at your property on I arrived with my trained service dog and was refused accommodation by the manager on duty in a manner that was both unprofessional and discriminatory.
Upon presenting my service dog’s documentation, the manager refused to accept the certification. He stated that the carpet was clean and that he did not want a dog on the property because it might “mess it up.” I calmly explained that my service dog is fully house-trained, would not eliminate indoors, and offered a refundable deposit of $200–$400 to cover any hypothetical damage. The manager rejected this offer outright and instructed me to leave the property.
This interaction was handled with noticeable rudeness and a complete disregard for the legal protections afforded to individuals traveling with service animals. Service animals are not pets; under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), public accommodations such as hotels are required to permit service animals and may not deny access based on concerns about carpet cleanliness or general assumptions about animal behavior.
I do not recommend this property to any traveler who relies on a service animal. The manager’s refusal to engage in a reasonable discussion, rejection of a substantial deposit, and directive to leave created an unnecessary and stressful situation.
I request the following:
• A formal review of this incident and of the staff member’s understanding of service-animal policies.
• Written confirmation of the corrective actions that will be taken to prevent similar occurrences.
• An apology for the treatment I received.
I am prepared to provide additional details, including the exact date, time, and the name of the manager if available, upon request. I look forward to your prompt response.
Sincerely,
People was kind, it was clean and affordable
All good

The gentleman at the front desk was respectful and seemed to understand my situation. I have no hard feelings toward him personally, and I appreciated that he treated me with basic courtesy during a difficult experience.
I want to clarify that the gentleman at the front desk was respectful and seemed to understand my situation. I have no hard feelings toward him personally. My concern is with whoever later flooded my Booking inbox with multiple messages with lies, which felt like an attempt to make it appear that I was rude or that I simply refused to respect the reservation specially when the description did not match soe of theyre local policies.
Honestly, I only wanted a place to sleep, but due to the situation and the vibes, I had no choice but to go to another hotel, the Days Inn by Wyndham near Fiesta Park. The staff there was professional, respectful, and handled the situation much better. at 3:00AM
The only reason I am leaving these comments is because of the excessive lying messages I received afterward, which made the experience even more frustrating and glad that my calls are record it for manegement to audit because it was really not cool. The way they handle the $60 deposit felt unethical and not transparent. I have stayed at other Days Inn properties where deposits are explained clearly,
Good location
There were brown stains everywhere and charged us extra for stains we didn’t make
100% with the value for money, food and safety means alot. Staff is fully supportive and helpful. We are happy and will visit again.
The property was in a good location. And it did have a decent swimming pool.
I didn’t like that I had to wait almost 3 hours for our rooms to be ready when I even told them what time I would arrive. There were issues with booking and them so they didn’t know what time I was coming. I had to book another room because of some fire code, and I had to many people which was inconvenient. And lastly they kept my deposit for one of the rooms which was very unethical we only stayed for one night and rooms were barely used.
The location and the room.
The front desk person change the price that we agreed on the phone before I got there.
