The ease of booking, quite friendly personel and safety! It is a beautiful, clean, and very welcoming hotel. The parking lot is well lit at night and the gate locked. The pool area looked nice. Breakfast was simple but good and the eating area was also very clean. Other guests were polite and friendly.
Got charged double even though I had already paid via the booking app and have not received the refund
The jetted bath in the middle of the room was great. The room was clean.
The so-called free Continental breakfast was a joke. The muffins were so small . There were no real Danish or donuts. The cereal variety was terrible. Also you would have to make your own waffles and toast but there was jelly nor butter. There was a juice machine but the juice tasted like water, and so did the coffee.
I liked that the room was super clean and comfortable and in a great location
That they only had 1 waffle maker machine

I didn't like anything this place should be reviewed and canceled from this platform. Bad service, racist manager. Never again.
Manager racist, TV didn't work, rooms are mold and dirty, all my family traveled here based on the photos shown this place is trash. This platform need to account what they are dealing with. Shady manager giving a man a key for another teen room and entered the room while customer was changing and manager had the nerve to say she should of locked the door. Next my sister's brother in law drove from Houston and as soon as they were told where their room was they went in and had mold everywhere, so he talked to the employee then he mentioned that the manager had to approve their change of room request so she comes in and basically started going on a rant and told them.if they didn't like it they could leave. Now since when I got there my room was dirty I mentioned that to the person on counter he said they didn't have no housekeeping and if I wanted clean for me to clean it and I mentioned that the TV didn't work that if they were going to either change us the room or they were going to fix the TV or something so that escalated fast like wild fire.Manager started yelling and I was not going to let no one talk to me like that specially the part where she said you people (meaning Hispanics) referring to me. I wasn't going to stay where we have a racist person in charge of the place where I guess this platform booking.com should have seen that the photos provided are not accurate nor the way people treat you and how nasty the place looks. I wont ever stay there in my life and I came to have a good time with family but left with a bad taste of service when these rooms are not cheap. So now waiting on refund and on top of that they want to charge me a night fee 🙄 😒
rooms are very basic but very clean. Bed is quite comfortable; TV worked well. 24 hr coffee availability is nice. Breakfast is not very good.
Breakfast would be greatly improved if they offered healthier breakfast choices such as oatmeal, yogurt, and a toaster in which you could toast your bread. Also butter, peanut butter, jam.
It’s close to outer areas of San Antonio with plenty of restaurants and shopping areas really close by. And the property is quite within it’s surroundings.
That it doesn’t really offer a little better breakfast (continental).

One one staff member assisting with breakfast. Poor guy was running around. Minimal breakfast choices. Roaches in room and mold on restroom and curtain
