Pros:

Great breakfast with lots of choice. I particularly appreciated the roast vegetables.

Very central to our vidit. Reception staff very helpful

Cons:

Rooms not clean in some areas. Bathroom door and toilet. Lifts were not easy to get on the morning we were leaving. Had to use stairs both going to breakfast and coming back to room

Perfect location, clean room with comfy beds. And staff were so lovely, helpful and friendly
Pros:

Property was lovely and clean. Plenty of towels. Perfect location as just a minute walk to the train station

Cons:

Lifts were a slight problem and only because I am disabled so couldn’t use the stairs so had to wait a long time for them as only 2 working, but the only fault I could find.

Overwhelming smell of stagnant water in reception. Only one of the lifts seemed to be working. We stayed for two nights across two rooms and neither room was serviced during our stay. Everything looked tired and shabby.

I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Cons:

Lack of cleanliness and poor security; I was assaulted by an unknown individual in the hotel lobby—who sprayed powder in my face to steal my mobile phone and then fled—without the hotel taking any action.

Rooms are very poor, mattress very uncomfortable, two days no room clean, elevator is off only one working from my floor had to go down stairs most of times..

Great location and helpful staff.
Pros:

Fantastic location as so close to the train station and right in the city centre. Very spacious room with views over the city square. Very helpful staff at reception.

Cons:

The breakfast coffee and tea was from big flasks. There was no coffee machine to get an expresso or latte. Two of the three lifts weren't working when I was there.
