Nothing
Location is great, and really central to access Leeds. The value for what we paid was good, staff were friendly and efficient at check in. They also were able to allocate our rooms on the same floor, reasonably close to each other. The rooms were spacious, and the complimentary water, tea and coffee was appreciated.
The rooms definitely would benefit from refurbishment. They felt slightly dated and more mirrors would be better. The beds weren’t particularly comfy, especially the sofa bed. There was also a lot of outside noise from early in the morning, and better sound proofing would be beneficial.

Location was excellent. View from room over square was great.
The lifts were very.slow. we waited 7 minutes for a lift! Room was dated. Carpets need changing.
It was the hottest day of the year and the air con was fabulous. Nice big room and bathroom.

Perfect location
Interior is very tired…. Only one lift worked, so it took ages to get up and down. Shower gel had been ripped off the shower wall and had to ask for it to be replaced… Air con in the room was sporadic so it was boiling. Stains on carpet.
