The Hotel is very close to Leeds Station and the City. The room was quiet and comfortable. Good storage space. Very good breakfast.
The lighting above the bed is odd (the light shines across one side of the bed rather than focusing on it) and the lighting above the desk area is poor.
More hooks would have been good in the room and in the bathroom.

This room was a little bit scruffy, stains on the carpet and the fridge shelf wasn’t clean, we always take the shelves out anyway so not a huge issue

The location is great. Reception staff was great
There was only one lift working out of three. Then one of them was fixed a couple days after but the lift experience was disastrous. Often waiting 15/20 mins for a lift then stopping at each floor up and down meant you added another 15 mins. Cleaners used the same lift stopping on each floor. I have stayed a few times before and never experienced this. For thos of us suffering with anxiety it was a nightmare. Especially as people piled and pushed in as they didny want to wait more. The experience with the lift has made me decide not to use this hotel any more. It was expensive and I did not gwt value for money. I aldo daid I did not want housekeeping and came one day to find someone had been in to do the room after i had specified i didnt want that
Great location near the station in the city centre. Friendly helpful staff.great they sell ice-cream and snacks in reception. Bed was very comfortable
Lift was very slow and took ages to get to ground floor. Said it was a superior room when I booked but just seemed like a standard no frills room

Wait for the Lifts
One Lift was out of action and we were on 17th floor - we waited for a long time for it to come and on one occasion it was so long we choose to walk down the stairs
Staff and room always excellent .....
Lifts are a disaster and getting worse .....
Breakfast like the lifts are sadly going down hill ..... the small hash browns were like bullets, bacon like cardboard ....

The room I booked was an executive twin. To be honest it was looking a bit shabby. Needs updating
The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was very good
Stain on carpet and battered furniture, room needed a facelift and the lift took forever also no mirror to apply makeup
