Skvělá poloha u přístavu.
Pros:

Vynikající personál, skvělá snídaně, venkovní bazén.

Cons:

Špinavé koberce na chodbách, potřebovaly by vyměnit. Okna, která netěsnila, bylo přes ně hodně slyšet. Jsou asi původní. Objednali jsme si “lepší” pokoj, ale bohužel měl propojovací dveře k druhému pokoji a bylo také vše slyšet. Pokoj nám vyměnili, i když už nebyl ve stejné kategorii..

Relaxing experience in a quality hotel environment with excellent staff
Pros:

From the moment we checked in the experience at the hotel was outstanding. Room with a balcony facing out to the Marina (this is a 'must do'), breakfast and all food and drink excellent - nothing not to like about this hotel and we will stay again

Schlechter Service bei der Ankunft und am Pool, Zimmer sind ok, aber schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Lage und Frühstüc

Die Lage mit Blick auf Hafen und Kathedrale,war sehr schön. Dort fand auch das Frühstück auf der Terrasse statt.

Cons:

Wochen vor unserer Anreise hatte ich nach einem früheren Check-in angefragt (auch gegen Aufpreis). Eine Antwort darauf bekam ich nicht. Der Check-in dauerte sehr lange und ein Zimmer bekamen wir natürlich auch nicht (Ankunft Flug 8:45 Uhr). Auch wurde uns kein Ort/Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt, in dem wir uns für den Tag umziehen konnten. Das erledigten wir dann auf dem WC im Bereich der Lobby. Es gab auch nicht, wie versprochen, einen Anruf, dass das Zimmer schon früher fertig ist. Ein Begrüßungsgetränk wurde uns nicht gereicht. Wir bekamen einen Getränke-Gutschein, den wir am nächsten Tag an der Bar im Foyer (wie beim Check-in gesagt) einlösen wollten. Die Dame dort war überfordert und sagte uns, dass es das nicht geben würde. Wir könnten uns aber gerne an der Wasserkaraffe neben der Rezeption bedienen.
Der Pool wurde nicht sauber gemacht, die Servicekraft am Pool saß lieber an der Theke. Liegenauflagen musste man sich selbstständig holen. (Mitte Oktober)
Den Service eines 5-Sterne-Hotels habe ich schon mehrfach wesentlich besser erlebt, auch im Oktober.

La posizione su lungo mare molto bella, un po meno il lato che dà sulla strada

Dalle foto la struttura sembra molto bella, mentre una volta arrivati abbiamo notato che è molto vecchia, la colazione niente di speciale e purtroppo non è all’altezza di un 5 stelle

Lage ist sehr gut, sie entspricht der Beschreibung

Cons:

Überteuertes Hotel, Aussenpool sanierungsbedürftig, Auflagen der Liegen schmutzig und nicht ansehnlich. Frühstückt sehr einfach, keine Abwechslung auf dem Buffet. Sehr wenig Brotauswahl. Baustelle neben dem Hotel wurde nicht im Portal angekündigt, Baulärm war sehr störend, die Bauarbeiter konnten beim Sonnen direkt auf die Gäste schauen
