Very nice could be better with a few changes
Pros:

Very nice good level of service

Cons:

The pool area has been refurbished to be honest it’s a bit bland they need to put plants and trees around to soften it.
Also the level of service around the pool has dropped significantly from previous years

Great, comfy, and central!
Pros:

This place had the best Pool - both indoor and outdoor- and the Sauna ❤️ great central position near local restaurants and all the action! Also they have parking so we had freedom to come and go as we pleased with our car! Beautiful hotel.

Not a 5* - 3* tops. It was a complete disappointment.
Pros:

Not much to like - the only good thing is that the bed sheets were comfortable. Views are nice.

Cons:

Where do I start? This is not a 5* hotel. This is more of a 3* hotel. The carpets in the corridor where room 1000s are is filthy and run down. The staff are quite rude and not 5* level trained. Housekeeping cleaned crockery in the sink! Never have I seen anything like it. For 5* service nobody took our luggage to our room - we had to lug it up and down stairs. There were around 20 guests staying there for my brother’s wedding and the staff knew this but we didn’t feel welcomed at all.

Vey tired hotel waiting for renovation
Pros:

Nice hotel, but no 5 stars! Everything in this hotel is tired. Management is absent, staff lazy and do what they want (or rather nothing). Everyone is just waiting for a big renovation, until then we have to accept it as it is. Not too expensive, they know they can't charge as much as (other) luxury hotels.
So far, 3 days into my week here, I noticed the following:
- Turn down service only 1 night out of 3
- Very poor cleaning of rooms. No tissues, q´tips or tooth paste in bathrooms.
- No replacement of water and coffee in the room until I asked for it on the third day
- I made a dinner reservation outside on the terrace, but it was closed when I showed up 2 hours later. They were afraid it might rain later the same evening! Every out-door restaurant in the neighborhood was opened, so was even the terrace-bar in the hotel. Obviously it's troublesome for the staff to walk from the kitchen and all the way out to the terrace! Who cares that no income is generated when they turn down diners? Not the staff or FnB management anyway.
- The nice restaurant at the pool side is still there, but have changed the meny. Too troublesome to grill fish and serve tuna et cetera. Instead they only serve burgers and chicken wings and that kind of food.
- Sun beds and other furnitures around the pool are made of heavy metal and are at least 25 years old

But, as I said, it's relatively cheap which is positive!

Found a cockroach in the middle of the room once I entered the room and when I told them about it they didn’t seems to care that much that’s why I cancel the rest of the nights and changed the hotel
