Todo. Las habitaciones, los lugares comunes, piscina, terrazas, gimnasio bar lobby, todo excelente!!

Great staff nothing to much trouble

Food was really good and staff at breakfast couldn't do enough for us. We booked into the red level and the lounge was a great benefit. Room on the 9th floor ensured great views. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Pool area was very clean and quiet.
It was quite a long walk to the centre of Palma but we mostly walked and nice along the front and taxis were quick when we chose that route.
LA reception inadmissible ,carcérale par un homme d' un certain age et soit disant par son chef ,à notre arrivée .Une honte compte tenu des sommes investies... nous étions 3 ( ma femme et notre petite fille agée de 18 ans ) pour 2 chambres vue mer et cathédrale .
Nous souhaitions les 2 chambres à proximité.....impossible. Nous avons été à 2 étages différents....
En repassant devant la réception, un peu plus tard , j' ai pu constater que des nouveaux arrivés avaient droit au verre de Cava...Nous RIEN !
Quelle différence de réception avec l' hotel CASTILLO SAN VIDA ou nous avons l'habitude de descendre
Avec toutes nos excuses de vous avoir importunés ....Nous ne pensions pas à une telle réception dans un hotel MELIA 5 étoiles ! Et, Impossible de partir ayant payé d,avance ou abandonner les sommes versées .

The staff were so helpful and always with a smile .
The gate on to the marina closing at 11pm
The staff were amazing. Also the facilities were very clean.
The room we were given was next to the lift shaft and as a result very noisy. Also the location is a bit sketchy

Το δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν ήταν δίπλα στο ασανσέρ και δεν κοιμηθήκαμε τρία βραδυα
Επίσης το room service ερχόταν στις 15:00 για να καθαρίσει το δωμάτιο την ώρα που κοιμόμασταν
This is the second time we have been to this hotel, albeit the first time 10 years ago. The first time we loved it and the second time again it was just as lovely. It has been refurbished since, fabulous terrace overlooking the marina and the new pool layout is great. This time we went red level and would do so again. It is only a 20 min stroll along the promenade into the main centre and there is a new upgraded cycle route alongside. The service at this hotel though is genuine and all staff are so very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food really tasty. We will certainly return and if you do read any less positive reviews you should really take them with a pinch of salt.
