Parking situation was very confusing. Staff need to explain. Bed was on legs and unstable. very uncomfortable.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν μπροστά στην Μαρίνα στον παραλιακό δρόμο. Σίγουρα ανταποκριθηκε στις προσδοκίες μας. Η πισίνα του ευρύχωρη αν και καναμε μόνο μια φορά φορά μπανιο γιατι πηγαίναμε στην θαλασσα. Θα το προτιμούσα ξανά.

Cons:

Το μόνο πρόβλημα που είχα ήταν ότι το πρώτο βράδυ φτασαμε αργά και μας δόθηκε άλλο δωμάτιο καμια σχεση με αυτό που ειχαμε κλείσει από την booking και το κρεβάτι ήταν ακατάλληλο για ύπνο. Την επόμενη μέρα όμως τα κορίτσια φρόντισαν να πάμε στο σωστό δωμάτιο και λύθηκε το θέμα.
Ίσως στην πισίνα δεν θα επρεπε να αφήνουν τον κόσμο να πιάνει τις ξαπλώστρες πριν το άνοιγμα.

Pros:

Hola. Quiero expresar mi total decepción con mi estancia en el hotel. El servicio ha sido muy deficiente. El personal ni siquiera parecía ponerse de acuerdo entre ellos y, además, me hicieron pagar el parking dos veces, aunque posteriormente lo corrigieron.
La limpieza también ha sido horrible: solo entraron a limpiar el primer día y únicamente hicieron la cama. Los días siguientes no entraron a limpiar la habitación.
Además, solicité una plancha y me trajeron una que estaba rota y sacaba agua, por lo que no se podía utilizar.
En general, la experiencia ha sido muy mala y considero que el servicio ofrecido no corresponde con el precio pagado. Espero que tomen nota de estas quejas y me den una respuesta al respecto

Amazing view. Great location.

Cons:

Parking is paid but messy with lifts not working. Makes you walk a lot to get to the hotel as it's in an adjacent building.
The balconies are too visible to each other and there is no privacy.
