After a tricky start we really enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The Staff were lovely. The pool area was nice, overlooking marina with good views and all facilities were to hand, bar restaurant, toilets.

Cons:

When we arrived we were allocated a dreadful room , tired with peeling paint and our “view” was a brick wall with graffiti and metal railings. We never usually complain but did & was offered another room but at extra cost. We were not willing to pay for the basic standard of room expected in first place. I made contact with booking.com by live chat but did not continue with complaint when were moved to another room at no extra charge and was very grateful to lady on reception who helped solve the issue so all good in the end

Widok na port i katedrę

Widok z balkonu na port zwłaszcza jak widać było ogromne podświetlone promy, widok z basenu na katedrę, bardzo dobre sniadania, które były serwowane w restauracji z widokiem na port i katedrę, czysta pościel, kosmetyki.

Pros:

The breakfast was the nicest part of the stay

Cons:

There was a lack of bar or refreshments on the ground floor . The pool was too small and cramped for the size of hotel . Little interaction with staff .
