L’emplacement n’était pas trop mal, mais un peu loin à pied pour se rendre du côté animé

Cons:

Le ménage était très mal, fait chaque jour et pourtant, nous l’avons signalé à l’accueil, ils n’ont pas jugé bon de contrôler

Perfect city break in beautiful Palma
Pros:

We chose it because of the location. Close to Palma - 15-20 minute walk along the marina into the old town. You can even see the beautiful cathedral from the pool terrace. The pool area is small but great for a city hotel where you want to spend couple of hours there each day.

Disappointed with location and other being raucous. Expected much better for the price if the room.
Pros:

View of marina. Room and bed fine. Air con good.

Cons:

Location. The area felt rough and not as we expected. Decided against having breakfast due to other guests being loud. Style of building felt oppressive. In pool area there was a broken bottle next to pool. Did nt use pool as very busy.

Très agréable séjour majorquin
Pros:

L'emplacement permet de se rendre à pieds (15 à 20mn) dans le centre. Un arrêt de bus est en face de l'hôtel (aéroport, cityseeing...) La piscine bien que petite, possède une jolie vue sur le port.

Cons:

La literie : on sent les ressorts du matelas.

Everyone was so lovely. Nothing was a problem. The facilities are five star. Everything you need at your fingertips. One of the best hotels I have stayed in

Great for a sightseeing visit to historic Palma
Pros:

The location is ideal -just a short distance from the historic centre of Palma for sightseeing , restaurants and bars. It is definitely worth paying extra for a sea view room - the view is amazing. Breakfast buffet is plentiful, including hot and cold food and lovely pastries.

Cons:

The pool and pool area is small for the size of the hotel so if you want to do a lot of sunbathing this may not be the hotel for you, The hotel was helpful organising taxis when we were actually there but were completely unhelpful when I asked for help organising a transfer from the airport on our arrival. As a mother and daughter on our first trip to Palma arriving after midnight I would expect more care and understanding than just “ use a taxi once you arrive”

Tres bel hotel et un emplacement magnifique au pied de la marina.
Pros:

la piscine et le grand nombre de transats et de parasols. Le buffet du petit déjeuner qui était tres fournis.

Cons:

Le bruit de la chambre voisine, mauvaise isolation phonique. Réveillé a 1h du matin lorsque le voisin rentrait et prenais sa douche.
