La situación, frente a la bahía de Palma. La terraza grande y con preciosas vistas.

Cons:

Era la segunda vez que nos alojábamos en el hotel y las habitaciones seguían igual que hace 20 años. El cuarto de baño antiguo con bañera 'deslizante'.

Cons:

la vue sur mer est une vue de l'esprit, la taille des balcons environs 1m2, l'absence de cafetière ou bouilloire, une literie a ressort plus que datée, une télé des années 80 tout comme les meubles de la chambres. Et l'arnaque du mini bar.

Good value for money. Would stay again.
Pros:

Smart and clean with a good location.
Close to bars and restaurants.
Good view of the harbour.
20 min walk to the centre.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Our room 715 was a little noisy being next to a staff only room and the lifts.

Super Lage, super Frühstück, super Ausblick, katastrophale Rezeption

Tolle Lage, super Ausblick, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter im Servicebereich und Housekeeping. Super Frühstück. Sehr faire Preise im Pool Bereich.

Cons:

Check in bzw. generelle Bearbeitungszeit an der Rezeption eine mittelschwere Katastrophe. Keine Ahnung ob es an der Technik liegt oder was das Problem ist aber das war der am längsten dauernde Check in den ich jemals irgendwo erlebt habe. Dann wurde die Kreditkarte erneut für 3 Nächte belastet obwohl schon vorab bezahlt wurde. Die Rückbuchung erfolgte am Folgetag. Kann ja mal passieren, aber auch kein Wort von der Rezeption. Ich habe es nur zufällig gesehen. …durch die Rückbuchung scheint dann irgendwas mit den Schlüsselkarten deaktiviert worden zu sein, wir kamen also auch nicht mehr ins Zimmer als wir zurück zum Hotel kamen. Ganz wunderbar mit müdem Baby wenn man sich wieder an der Rezeption in die Schlange stellen muss….

Weiterhin wollten wir eine Nacht verlängern, es gab auch freie Zimmer, nachdem ich hierfür erneut 20min an der Rezeption angestanden habe, sagte man mir, man könne mir nicht helfen, ich soll online buchen. Bitte was?! …ich habe dann auch online gebucht.
Einziger Lichtblick schien ein Praktikant an der Rezeption, wenn ich das Namensschild richtig vom spanische übersetzt habe. Der junge Mann war ausnahmslos schnell, hatte einen Überblick, wusste was zu tun ist und vor allem auch wie.

Pros:

Very good breakfast - pool area looked lovely and well kept but we did not use it. Great marina views. Public areas immaculate. Good pubs and eating places nearby.

Cons:

No balcony had any privacy due to design of hotel. Could hear activity in a lot of rooms around - again due to hotel design.

We enjoyed our stay and the position with it's view.
Pros:
