Would definitely recommend
Pros:

We bought a standard room but good lucky with a sea view :) Room was clean and nicely organised, air conditioning was excellent and I have to say the lighting in the bathroom was also amazing! Staff is helpful and friendly, always smiling. Location is great, there’s a lot of bus stops & stores nearby. For the price you get A LOT! Recommended, one of our best stays

Nice Hotel, custome care less than desired.
Pros:

Room, breakfast, facilities and hotel common all add up to a comfortable stay Hotel is clean, tidy and well looked after

Cons:

​I received an automated email offering online check-in and stating I would be emailed when my room was ready. However, the link provided was invalid.

We needed to drop out bags anyway, so I asked if we could receive an email once the room was ready, as described in your message. The receptionist dismissed this, claiming "we don't do that," and implied I was asking for an early check-in.

I wasn't asking for early access—I was simply following the instructions in your official email, so being made to feel rude for asking was very disappointing.

​Furthermore, repair work was being carried out on the balcony next door. The work was very loud and started far too early in the morning (8.30), which woke me up.

Debris from the old balcony also dropped onto our balcony and over our clothing, making the space unusable and unsafe to walk on.

​Overall, I think the hotel itself is good, but there needs to be far more care for the customer experience and a realisation that guest care is essential to running a successful hotel. Without guests there is no hotel.

Great hotel for a mini break. Within walking distance of the main city and restaurants.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, very comfortable beds, lovely extra large bath towels.
It was my birthday when we we there and a very thoughtful gesture of a bottle of bubbly to come back to the room too. Lovely surprise!

Good value for the money I spent. Good location near the bus station that directly take me to the city center.
Pros:

The location is great near the bus stations and Porte de palma. The room is very clean and bed was comfy. The ac works well. Good value for the money I spent.

Cons:

As the room they located me is near the lift, I can hear the sound outside at night and in the morning. And first night the sound from the road is very loud (but that’s not the hotel faults.). And before I checkout the hotel, there’s the bug on my bed, it probably comes inside when I open the window.
