Pros:

Everything was amazing. Room was spacious and clean with cozy bed and great AC. It was quiet during the night so we have a great night sleep. Location was great for us as we enjoy having a 10-15 min walk to the city center. The staff was polite and helpful. And we really loved the breakfast, everything was delicious. Oh and the pool at the top of the building was an amazing bonus!

Nice fairly central comfortable option but don’t bring a car.
Pros:

Good location for walking to all Palma sites. Helpful staff. Great rooftop pool, sun beds and bar. Complimentary beer and water in minibar. Room basic but had comfortable bed and good shower.

Cons:

Nowhere to pull up and unload if you arrive by car. Vehicular access extremely difficult. Parking fair step away and v expensive. Only really suitable for arrival on foot or by taxi.

Great location, staff and rooms
Pros:

We loved the central location, the staff was kind and very clear about what we could do arriving earlier than our check in. They stored our bags and kindly allowed us to use the spa showers to freshen up that morning since we arrived at 6 am so we could go about our day. The room was comfortable clean and the drinks in the mini bar were free. My husband loved the efficient and functional bathroom. The layout of our room was great with a separating door for the children’s bed. The children’s bed was a sofa bed, which was made and ready to go for them.

Cons:

The spa hours and pool end early. Around 8 PM and in the summer the pool and hot tub could be used in later hours.
