I was very lucky. I came for the total eclipse and my friends said "We should stay at INNSiDe". Every staff member we met was so caring and attentive, no matter how busy. I loved the welcome chocolate, the free minibar content, the midweek message left in my room, the luggage facility and the shower room available before taking a cab to the airport. If I had to find fault, I would say I would like a broader menu of vegetarian food on the rooftop. There are vegetarian dishes but this gets dull across a week. Also, it was a shame the larger pool was indoor with no natural light. I didn't use it as this was my sunshine holiday. But I don't find complaint with anything at all. I would go as far as to say this was my favourite hotel stay ever and I am 68, so I have been to a few in my time. I would especially like to give praise to Ruben on reception desk and Antonela in catering. They were both fabulous all week. They made our stay so comfortable and memorable.

Nice hotel close to city center, good breakfast and the pool with lounge chairs big plus in the summer to take a break during afternoon. Easy parking option close by with discount when you validate ticket in reception.
La struttura è in una posizione ottimale: pochi passi e si è immersi nei vicoli del centro storico!
Lo staff si è dimostrato gentilissimo e molto disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Non potevamo desiderare di meglio. In assoluto consigliamo vivamente il soggiorno in questo hotel!

O pequeno-almoço tinha bastante variedade. Os funcionários do hotel mostraram-se sempre disponíveis e prontos a ajudar. O quarto era super acolhedor e confortável, com tudo o que é necessário para umas férias.
A única coisa a apontar, que gostei um pouco menos, foi a piscina. Nas fotografias parece maior, mas ficou aquém das expectativas. Apesar disso não deixava de ser uma zona confortável e relaxante, na qual tivemos a oportunidade de aproveitar o máximo possível.

Przemiły personel,bardzo dobre śniadanie -dobre jakościowo produkty,wyselekcjonowane sery i wędliny,lokalne specjały. Świeżo wyciskany sok z pomarańczy. Przyjemnie urządzone lobby i sala śniadaniowa.
