I tripped a little on the carpet in the hallway that was bubbled up. But there was a sign in the lobby stating they were going to upgrade soon.

Overall it was a good stay.
Pros:

The location was convenient for the things we were doing while down there for a week!

Cons:

Wasn’t the cleanest but wasn’t super dirt things were broke in the room. We stayed for a week and the breakfast was the same every single day the only thing they would change is bacon or sausage.

Our experience was great, we will be staying here again.
Pros:

Our room was very clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast omelet was delicious and staff was very friendly and helpful. Being able to walk across the street to shopping center was nice.

Cons:

stayed on first floor and my mom uses a walker the hallway carpet has thick ridges and tripped a few times, needs to be replaced

Good location; not very clean.
Pros:

I wish I could give this Hyatt 5-Stars. The cleaning crew was doing a valiant effort to maintain the hotel, but I think private kitchens and pets make this incredibly difficult. We saw two pets have accidents on the carpets (which were promptly cleaned) and the fourth floor smelled all weekend. Also, there was a party at the pool on Saturday and it made it very challenging to enjoy the pool when so many party goers occupied the tables and chairs. At any rate, I cannot commend the housekeeping staff as they truly tried maintaining the premises clean. There wasn't a single instance that we didn't see someone cleaning the common areas. I just think they were fighting an uphill battle.

My stay was great and 10/10 woud recommend
Pros:

I loved that the staff was very helpful , we stayed from 06/19-06/20 and the front desk was amazing and kind.
The room was comfy and clean and the breakfast was delicious!

I would recommend this hotel and will be staying here in the future if needed !

Cons:

everything was great. I have no concerns .

Pros:

Location - we could walk to a Safeway, many restaurants, and even a movie theater. Freeway was just across the street but we couldn't hear it from the room.
Breakfast was delicious, with plenty to choose from (eggs, bacon, potatoes, fruit salad, cereal, oatmeal, breads), or you could order an omelette.
Room was big and comfortable. Shower was great and towels luxurious.
We did laundry and had no problem.

Cons:

Nothing.
