A comfortable stay with amenities a short walk away.
Pros:

Our studio room was clean and well-stocked. The breakfast was far better than I expected. We were also to see that in addition to a heated pool there is a hot tub.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was far too weak.

Nice Stay
Pros:

Good location, breakfast and comfortable room. Friendly staff and bartender. Descent wine served. Adequate parking. Safe neighborhood surrounding.

Cons:

Shower pressure is wimpy. This needs to be fixed. Coffee maker can be upgraded.

Pros:

Friendly staff and very helpful! The location of this hotel is ideal for visiting families. Recently, we hosted a baby shower for a group of 80, and it went incredibly well. We were very happy with the service. Keep up the good work! Our sincere thanks to Lee Desiree. :)

Very dirty, old property which needs total renovation!
Pros:

The hotel hygiene is horrendous. Everything from the carpets to the room were filthy. Hyatt should not put its name on it. I have been a Hyatt traveler for over 30 years and this is probably the worst property I have ever stayed in. We had two rooms booked for 10 nights but we left after one night because of how dirty this hotel was. I even paid an extra penalty night charge just to leave

worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my 51 years
Pros:

Worst experience we have ever had! Do not stay here if you want staff who care or working a/c. Rooms were not clean and running toilets. Broken parts and exposed floor nails. Dirty fingerprints on glass. Broken blinds. Couch broken and seperated as soon as you sit on it. Dust on a furniture.
Grandson ended up in the ER due to electric front door and over before they stay staff did not reach out one time to see if my grandson was OK.
Upon arrival, AC was broken and it was 100° outside. On day two we were brought a small portable Air conditioner. They do not care at all about your stay or your family. All they care about is making money and tier one customers only.

Pros:

Very bad. Worse experience at a Hyatt. Not worth my time to write a a meaningful statement.

Will not come back. Still waiting on Hyatt to resolve all issues and injuries to my family.
