Great place to stay in Pleasant Hill
Pros:

Well thought out space for working and being.

Cons:

The breakfast food quality could be increased. I think it is ok for small children but adults probably want higher quality ingredients.

Pros:

Outdated hotel rooms missing recent tech. Broken furniture, malfunctioning washroom, and poor functioning AC.

Everything was great property and staff wise :) exceptional

During our stay the gas line was cut from a transit van to steal the gas — no fault of the accomodation, but something to be weary of.

This place is noisy as hell.
Pros:

Noise levels in my room were incredible, absolutely not befitting Hyatt. I had extremely loud, industrial level continuous noises coming from three different sources - from the wall behind the fridge in the kitchen (not the fridge itself!), from the next suite wall in the bedroom, and from a/c unit in the room.
The noise from neighboring room was low frequency and very powerful, almost making my bed and my head vibrating. In-room a/c unit was also extremely loud - all of this is just so absolutely ridiculous, beyond anything expected, I've never had that noisy rooms even in cheap motels.
Street noise was also quite present, as the room was facing 24-hours busy freeway, and window glass didn't provide nearly enough sound insulation.
Additionally, breakfast selection was quite limited, much worse than expected from Hyatt.
If you still want to stay there, at least don't rent any rooms facing the freeway, and try lower floors.

Had good service, really liked the room layout & two full bathrooms in our two-king room.
Pros:

Room was nice and I liked the full-size beds and bathrooms in each room plus our living space. Breakfast was good, and I liked having a working pool and hot tub plus the towel's downstairs, that was nice. Also, good air flow in the rooms, wish it had ceiling fans though.

Cons:

I would have liked to use one of the luggage carts, they were being used every time I needed one. Also, didn't like the high hold on my card for possible damages, which was basically the same price of the room. So, I ended up needing double the price for the room, but the return of the hold was pretty fast, which was nice. Just too pricy for a one-night stay, the hold not the room price. I wasn't aware of that particular damage hold price, and that was a bit of a shock, I was expecting about 1/4 or 1/3rd of the total room price for something like that.

Comfortable and pleasant.
Pros:

Excellent staff at front desk (Anton, Hardeep and all others). Breakfast is very elaborate and staff is very accomodating. Rooms are very spacious with all the useful amenities. Very comfortable living for specially long stay or with family. Breakfast is very elaborate and outstanding. Enough parking for everyone. Quite surrounding yet walking distance to restaurants and shops just across the street.

Loveeeeee HH Pleasant Hill
Pros:

Loveeeee staying at the HH Pleasant Hill, my little getaway from SF, Front Desk agents are so friendly especially Hardeep he welcomes me with the warmest and nicest way possible making my experience unforgettable.
Rooms are super clean, breakfast is really good.
Alex from front desk was very helpful too the morning I checked out.
