Food. The sopa azteca was terrible. The chicken parmesan was good, not the veggies and the mash potatoes 😔 also I ordered hot tea and the waiter bringing warm he seems to be mad.

El personal me está negando la emisión de mi factura porque dicen que al momento no dimos los datos fiscales, cuando el.personal de recepción da un número para que se envié la constancia y por ley tengo el derecho de facturar todo el mes, el personal dice que mi factura se emitió al público, nunca me había pasado, son unos ladrones y déspotas con el trato al cliente

Very convenient location for a private event 3 minutes away from the hotel

The persons at reception really did not know what to do. In my opinion the links between the Booking.con internet site and the Ramada internet site don´t communicate properly or the reception personnel did not know what to do
