The hotel is ok, but the human is missing education, training, flexibility and abilityto take decisions for the good sak

Very clean and nice location

Cons:

Breakfast was not worth it, too salty eggs for two days and no omelettes or sunny side! Although i asked but nothing! nothing except scrambled eggs! Or boiled! Which is not normal for me! At home i like sunny side or omelette why is it so difficult to make it when i pay for my breakfast in the hotel!
Male receptionists both were fantastic, but the ladies receptionists were not nice especially at check out! Usually it’s the opposite but in this hotel i was disappointed with the females , in hotel they should be more kind and show patience and politeness while talking for me they were a bit of agressive to solve inconvenient situations, like i booked a second night and thought breakfast was included since the price was the same like first night with breakfast but the girl or woman at the reception at check out was just calculating what i need to pay without trying to understand that she has no proof that i didn’t book with breakfast! Anyways at the end i paid extra that i should have not pay! So be careful when you book better eat outside and it’s enough in this hotel the accommodation.

Tiszta, rendezett szállás kiváló helyen.
Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen volt a belvárosban, 10 perc séta a vonatállomástól. Mechelen is nagyon tetszett, praktikus volt, és szép is.

Cons:

A kilátás a szomszéd házra nem volt túl szerencsés, de ha jobbra néztünk láttuk a Szent Rumbold tornyot.

Excellent.
Pros:

We came here for Tomorrowland and it was excellent. The station was only 10 minutes away. It’s only 45 mins by public transport and extremely quiet.

Bed was very comfortable and reception was always extremely nice and kind.

If we ever come back, this is our place to stay.

Een goede locatie, maar een slechte prijs-kwaliteit verhouding!
Pros:

De locatie was echt perfect! Daarnaast was de Spar om de hoek ook een goede opsteker!

Cons:

Het ontwijkende en niet bepaald vriendelijke gedrag van de meeste medewerkers van het hotel. Daarnaast was de douche erg klein en was het jammer dat er geen kraantje bij de toilet aanwezig was.

Poder disponer de un buen café (gratis!!!) cada mañana es genial!!!
El personal es súper amable, pero Bilal, el chico del bar, es INCREÍBLE!!! Súper majo y profesional. No se le escapa ni un detalle!!! Graciaaaaasss por todo, Bilal!!!!

Pros:

Personeel was heel vriendelijk, ligging in centrum van de stad. Zowel een bad als een douche op de kamer, met heel grote zachte handdoeken.

Cons:

Badkamer was verouderd, siliconen randen waren versleten en aan vervanging toe. Koffiefaciliteit op de kamer was er niet, enkel waterkoker en zakjes oploskoffie. Parkeren op nabijgelegen parking was wel duur, 32 euro voor 1 nacht

Goed gelegen om de stad te verkennen
Pros:

Centrale ligging, Nette kamer, verzorgd en ruim ontbijt.
Geen eigen parking aanwezig, maar parkeergarage onder het hotel is prima (ruime parkeervakken)
