Overpriced stay with poor communication and disappointing service throughout.
Pros:

Its basic hotel with a good central location.

Cons:

Very overpriced for what you get — I’ve stayed in much better 5-star hotels for the same price.

The biggest issue was the terrible communication. No replies to emails, phone calls, or Booking.com messages about a late check-in until my fourth call late at night. Then I still had to wait at 2 AM because of a “system error.”

I also contacted them about a charger I left in the room and received no response at all. As someone who has worked in hotels for years, this level of service and hospitality is really disappointing.

Pros:

Sensuelle et sans suite... Mais non avec suite. Pour un prix modique. Produits rituals retour du Karma, large bed King Size, baignoire et douche... Le tout au calme, au dernier étage ! Une salle de sport très chouette. Un salon vintage et une TV, non deux TV... On ne sait jamais qu'on rate un programme...

Cons:

Bon le hammam est cassé, mais au moins nous avons le café gratis à l'accueil... Le petit déjeuner est vraiment moyen par contre, surtout pour une chaîne française (des produits hyper basiques) et bondé d'enfants bruyants

Pros:

Ontbijt was goed.
Locatie goed.
Fietsen voor Kom op tegen Kanker hadden een zeer goede plaats.

Cons:

Telkens het kaartje gaan vragen om de koersfiets te kunnen ophalen.
Misschien iedereen die daar een fiets heeft staan een kaartje geven.
Ofwel voor ons wij blijven 5 dagen. Voor 1 dag is dat niet nodig.
