Wished I stayed more nights there.
Pros:

Room size, staff were lovely, great facilities and breakfast had lots of choice.

Cons:

Carpet in room a bit stained and worn, plates and cups at breakfast very small and shower screen had a gap that water could get through.

Beliggenhet og natteroen

Cons:

Ikke satt ut vann eller annet på rommet- servicen i frokostdelen var fraværende totalt. Jeg har vært gjest her i ca 20 år!!! Nå tror jeg de har rekruttert fra ungdomsskolen uten å ha service-kurs på sine ansatte- håpløst er vell ordet- hvorfor er flaggene på fasaden tatt ned? Og hvorfor har dere tatt vekk drikkeskålene utenfor til dyra???

Lovely city. Disappointing hotel.
Pros:

The location. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Was not value for money. The breakfast was very basic. The breakfast room was not what I expected - very cafeteria like. All staff were cold and not warm and welcoming. Room needed an update. I’ve stayed at better Radisson Blu hotels.

Enjoyable stay, if again in Krakow, will definitely stay with Radisson Blu.
Pros:

Excellent location, next to Planty park and straight you enter Old town. Was super convienient for us, as a family with two little children :)
Breakfast was amazing, many options, you could also ask for omelette and on the spot was a waffle maker which was pretty cool for kids.
Staff were friendly and helpful. We also got two Wawel dragon toys for our kids, they were so happy :)
