Sufficient for a one night stay because it was very close to wedding venue
Pros:

Location, staff, cleanliness, breakfast

Cons:

For a rate of over $600/night, the room was only average. Clean with all the amenities but just dated. Not good value and parking and breakfast were additional costs.

Amazing Staff
Pros:

We were blown away by the level of service at this hotel. When bad weather forced us to cancel the schooner for my daughter’s wedding, Kylie and the staff immediately stepped in with thoughtful alternatives and flawless execution.
The Hotel lounge, restaurant area created a beautiful indoor celebration that felt every bit as special as the original plan. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail turned a stressful situation into a perfect day. We are deeply grateful and highly recommend this hotel.
Kylie was amazing from start to finish making sure our weekend for the wedding was special for us. From getting us checked in a little early, toasting our bagels for the girls while they were getting ready, to bringing up coffee and condiments to go with the bagels. We could not have asked for more.

Great location for stay in portland

Worth the cost if downtown Portland is your goal.
Pros:

I made two requests and the staff delivered! Staff were professional and courteous. Valet parking was very convenient. And the property is within staggering distance of excellent dining and sightseeing options for downtown Portland. And the views from the 6th story were stunning!

Kylie and Staff are a gem
Pros:

We stsyed one night and the location and amenities are superb. Perfect hotel if you are going to Peaks Island for a visit. The ferry terminal is directly across the street. Special mention for Kylie and her manager who couldnt have been more accomodating. Highly recommend this hotel and staff

Pros:

staff super friendly and very close to everything downtown plus the restaurant was not overpriced and had good food

Cons:

room wasnt cleaned very well found popcorn and food wrappers by the couch and the view was of a parking lot and a bakery . but they made amazing food

Pay for parking hold
Pros:

Location, staff at valet parking, room location.

Cons:

Charges for stay hold of 50 nite for parking/charges. There is no other option for parking so why charge so much. I've parked in other cities in Maine and Boston and was only charged 30 nite. Inflation is outrageous when you already own the space.
