Overall it was a good experience despite few glitches .
Pros:

I would really commend the property of its staff and cleanliness. The bellman by the name of Leo… The best . He serves with a staff and address all the minor issues that we had . We absolutely love him .

Cons:

There’s isn’t much to say that’s bad about the property. They tried their best to facilitate guests .

El personal de recepción, aseo, botones y el de buffet de desayuno excelente, muy atento, excelente ubicación esta en un sector seguro y cercano a comercio.
Habitación limpia.
Estacionamiento gratuito disponible las 24 horas

Funcionaba pésimo el aire acondicionado, estaba malo en todo el edificio, yo tuve que solicite cambio de habitación y esa estaba un grado mas frío, pero la habitación SIEMPRE ESTABA TIBIA, NO ESTA A LA ALTURA DE LO QUE SE NECESOTA POR EL CLIMA, era poco agradable llegar a la habitación.
La habitación no tenía frigobar, ni secador de pelo, tuve que solicitar a recepccion y ahí me enteré que estos elementos básicos no estan disponibles en todas las habitaciones SOLO en algunas, el personal de recepción atendio mi requerimiento, envio a mi habitación frigobar y secador. DE MANERA URGENTE DEBEN CAMBIAR TODO EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO DEL HOTEL.
UNA DE LAS CAMAS DE HABITACION TENIA UN COL HPN EN MALAS CONDICIONES.
