A pesar de que el hotel esta muy mal mantenido, el personal fue muy amable.

El aire acondicionado sonaba muy fuerte no nos permitia dormir, para apagarlo habia que llamar a mantencion para que lo desactivara. La limpieza HORRIBLE, toallas con pelos, HONGOS por todos lados, sucio en los rincones. PÉSIMO. Los ascensores NO funcionaban, me quede encerrada mas de una vez, el ascensor no tenia ni el boton de los pisos. Horrible el hotel. deberian cerrarlo y hacer una mantención.

Ascenseur dangereux!
Pros:

L'accueil, et la vue des chambres.

Cons:

Les ascenseurs sont extrêmement dangereux!
Se referme sur vous, aucune sécurité... mon fils s'est retrouvé seul enfermé dans l'ascenseur......
Et les boutons sont absents.
Vous vous retrouvez 10 minutes dans l'ascenseur pour trouver l'étage souhaité!!

Húmedo. Se ve deteriorado el interior. Evidentemente falta de mantenimiento en ascensores, áreas comunes. El colchón dañado manchado de humedad.

Staff was pleasant but facility is moldy and not well kept!!
Pros:

The pool staff is as very helpful and the pool area was welcoming and clean. The room cleaner did a very good job.

Cons:

The carpet in all rooms was moldy and the smell was stifling. The elevators need to be replaced as they work off and on and some of the elevator buttons were missing.

Excelente ubicación.

Cons:

Mal olor en la habitación y Sistemas de a/C apagados en pasillos y en zona de desayuno mucho calor por falta de AC. El AC de la habitación no se podía regular.

The accommodations was lacking in many ways but we enjoyed the central location.

Bedding wasnt very clean and fresh, elevators do not work properly (there were many missing and nonfunctioning buttons), which was frustrating. Breakfast was average. The room was missing basic items like iron and coffee maker. Bottled water was provided on the first day. Request for more was denied.

Location and price. Front desk Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Bed and pillows were old and uncomfortable. Carpet was completely worn out and had plenty of stains. Cleanliness could be to a higher standard.
