La tina de baño no servía, una cucarachita en la puerta, la plancha ni tabla estaba en la habitación , no había secador de pelo, el televisor era viejo no se podía vincular, no me gusto la estancia, el desayuno no era variado, las frutas no eran variadas, no habia aalgo donde comunicarse directamente con recepción no te atendían rápido

Nice place with huge potential, but it needs maintenance.

Location and price were appropriate. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Elavators, my room and other facilities look old and lack of maintenance. Some bottons in the boardcontrol of the elevator were missing or broken. Some bottons in the elevator the doesn´t light when push them. There were presence of water leaking in some parts in the corridor and in the gym. It looks like some repairing under way but during two days, i did not see any workers, only buckets collecting water and some signs. The carpet in my room was burned by some chemical....
Finally, we also saw some cochroachs in the blankets and in the bathroom. The room smells to humidity.

Breakfast was great , enjoy my breakfast 10/10

Cons:

At first the hotel and my room have an old mold smell , i complained by front desk , the next day room service came and clean . Other wise than the smell the hotel is nice , a lot of restaurants , supermarket and mall 15mins walk . Staff was friendly speak English .
