Great location with nice amenities!
Pros:

Access to Old Town & Freeway. The pool, gym, & laundry room were very clean. Restaurant was convenient & food was good & reasonably priced.

Cons:

The AC was noisy. Changed rooms because carpet in 1st room had some type of residue on it (cleaning?) Mattress wasn’t as comfortable as previous stays.

Pros:

Close to area where I was attending a wedding and also close to airport. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

They do not have any lunch provisions inside the hotel though they do have breakfast and dinner provisions. Although you can walk to Old Town for lunch, I would have preferred to have this available in the hotel.

- quiet rooms

Cons:

- shower light not working
- body wash container was empty
- no room service during our two nights stay
- TV console drawers and doors are out of alignment
- outdated elevators, shaking and making loud noice

Hot and stuffy room with hair on bathroom floor from previous guest.
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

Our AC did not work all night and the room was super uncomfortable. The fridge was also not cold enough to save our food and we had to throw it out in the morning because it smelled bad.

They didn’t charge for parking this time

Cons:

Booked a king room. They had none when we got there and said he can give us a bonus upgrading gave us two queens. It was not a bonus.

We enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

I'm not a breakfast person, but my wife is. She enjoyed the fresh fruit and yogurt. Good hotel location. Lobby area was inviting to all.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that could have been better. We were satisfied.
