Pros:

We love staying at this hotel when we're visiting San Diego. It's so close to Old Town which we can walk to and to the train station as well.

MANAGER MICHELLE IS HORRIBLE! SHE HAS ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. EXTREMELY RUDE AND HER STAFF FEEDS OFF OF HER! AS A HILTON HONORS MEMBER I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDE OR SHORT AT ANY HILTON. BECAUSE OF HER I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION AND TELL EVERYBODY I KNOW ALSO!
