Perfekte Lage, komfortable Zimmer.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war komplett überfüllt. Das war sehr schade bis ärgerlich, da auch nach einer Wartezeit kein Tisch frei wurde( wir hatten eine Buchung, bei der das Frühstück inklusive war).
Wir haben schließlich in einem Café in der Stadt gefrühstückt. War auch okay, aber alles etwas nervig.

Pros:

central location in Bonn

Cons:

pricing is excessive - breakfast totally overcrowded - I had to come back twice to get a decent place, which is simply not acceptable for a hotel in this category.

Pros:

The Reception staff. I interacted with about 4 different members of staff at various times of the day. All, without exception were friendly and professional.

Cons:

I found out on the last day that the terrace off the bar downstairs was closed due to work being done in the kitchen. No service was provided on the main terrace off reception. There was a small fridge behind the reception desk with a limited supply of cold drinks. In order to take advantage of the lovely terrace one had to go down the stairs and find a member of staff to serve one. I do not think this is the level of service that one should expect at a 4 star hotel.
