Tout, le lieu est magnifique, le personnel au petit soin toujours avec le sourire, le confort des chambres et un super petit déjeuner.

Cons:

A little piece of paradise
Pros:

We had such a lovely time at La Medusa. The atmosphere, surroundings, staff and food were all just perfect. I am coeliac and the attention made to ensure my breakfast and meals were catered for was fantastic. They even made gluten free ravioli one evening. This hotel has a lovely family friendly feel to it and all staff are just excellent. Great fine and we will be back

Sehr schönes Haus mit Sanierungsbedarf
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation in Englisch ist teilweise schwierig. Das Hotel hat erheblien Sanierungsbedarf. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr schön, aber das Haus an sich hat viele potentielle Baustellen. Dass der SPA Bereich separat ist und auch separat bezahlt werden muss ist absolut aus der Zeit gefallen.

The best of Naples
Pros:

This was a splendid hotel, with all the services one could hope for. The staff were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and we felt very relaxed and comfortable in beautiful surroundings.

Lovely Stay!
Pros:

Stayed here for 6 nights with my wife and daughter to celebrate my birthday. We had a wonderful stay! Gennaro the Maitre D’ took care of us for every meal we ate there, Carlo was a great bar man (fantastic Vodka Martinis!) and Stefano took so much time to show us round the grounds and help us around the pool. Everyone who worked there was lovely!
Room was very comfortable, we opted for a balcony view towards Vesuvius which was an incredible view, breakfast was really nice and the hotel restaurant does lovely food and has a good cellar.
It’s in a great location (we had rented a car) to get to and from Pompeii, the local town (which was buzzing on Saturday night!) and Sorrento and beyond. We could only access Uber Black there which made using taxi’s expensive if we didn’t want to drive so would recommend hiring a car or using the hotel’s free shuttle service to the local station.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stopped in. Staff were excellent, rooms were comfortable with amazing views.

Total Luxury in a beautiful setting (visit Villa Marcus)

Struttura di per se bella e bella la vista

Cons:

Il riscaldamento non funzionava e lo staff non é stato in grado di sistemare il problema. Abbiamo passato due notti al freddo. Acqua e caffè a pagamento pur essendo una suite (proprio pezzenti). Esperienza da dimenticare e soldi buttati nel wc!

Beautiful spot, excellent staff!
Pros:

We visited here as part of our honeymoon in December because of its proximity to Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius. Beautiful location - on a hill and you can see for miles around. The staff were welcoming and the restaurant staff in particular were outstanding. The food at night was excellent and servers were more than willing to help accommodate different preferences. Pleasant temperatures made it easy to go outside - the grounds had beautiful orange and lemon trees. This time of year it was very quiet but I assume it’s busier during the summer months. The hotel isn’t really near any shops so a car would be an ideal part of your trip staying here. Overall, wonderful spot!

A paradise of kindness and beauty at La Medusa hotel
Pros:

Amazing! The best day I have ever had in the last few years! Strategic location, peaceful place, the beauty of citrus grove - an enchanted garden also in winter, attention to details and to guests make you feel like in a dream. Extremely clean, taken care hotel with an extraordinary view of Vesuvio, the Naples gulf and Lattanzi mountains from the top balcony. These is a lovely SPA, a great service and kindness. The first hotel I found a hair diffuser for curly hair in the hairdryer!
