Overall, we had a lovely stay at La Medusa, would recommend for couples/adults.
Pros:

The pool area was superb, lovely pool and clean, the pool manager was very helpful. The Eden Spa was amazing, highly recommended. The evening dinner is set on a beautiful terrace, service from the team was equally amazing making us feel very special, high quality be it a little pricy. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The location, 10 mins from Castellammare DI Stabia, not too much to the see or do in town. more atmosphere from 7pm onwards when the locals head into town. A good couple of pizza and pasta restaurants - La Monica's on the sea front was super, good quality pizza at a very reasonable price.

Superb hotel
Pros:

Such a wonderful hotel with a clean and attractive pool. The staff were amazing, they simply couldn't do enough for you!!!!. We especially loved sitting on the veranda at breakfast looking over at the fabulous views of Vesuvius and the bay. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

This hotel was beautiful. The grounds were very relaxing and filled with many beautiful scenery. The employees were all very professional and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and their air conditioning was amazing; especially since most places in Italy does not have air conditioning like we know it.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel avec nos bagages, mais personne n’est venu nous aider. Le bagagiste était présent à proximité, sans pour autant proposer de prendre nos valises. A notre départ les femmes à la réception se sont montrées désagréable , avec un ton hautain et peu professionnel. C’est vraiment regrettable pour un établissement classé 4 étoiles.

Le parking est payant (15 €). Les explications étaient peu claires en raison de la barrière de la langue, et on nous a d’abord indiqué que nous ne pourrions pas récupérer notre voiture une fois garée. Finalement nous avons appris que le parking est simplement fermé de minuit à 6 h du matin.

Enfin, le quartier est très sale et ne donne pas un sentiment de sécurité.

Au vu de cette expérience, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel.

Eines der besten Hotels in denen wir je waren. Wir kommen gerne hierher zurück.
Pros:

Das Hotel war wir eine Oase und nur 5 Autominuten von der kleinen Innenstadt entfernt. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr familiär und wir haben uns wie ein Teil der Familie gefühlt. Unglaublicher Service und Arbeit mit Herz. Wir haben sogar persönliche Tourempfehlungen erhalten. Als unsere Bootstour am Hafen abgesagt wurde, hat das Hotel sofort den Hotelbus losgeschickt, um uns kostenlos abzuholen.
