Personale scortese, camera soffocante, senza aria condizionata, con un dispositivo che erogava un po’ di aria fresca molto rumoroso! Ho chiesto di lasciare poche ore durante la notte (dalle 2 alle 7.30 ) la macchina davanti l’area riservata all’hotel, mi hanno fatto prendere un garage a 15 euro …..
Appena arrivati ci hanno chiesto se avremmo fatto colazione perché loro dovevano organizzarsi…. Eravamo in 2!!!
A localização do hotel é boa, fora da parte mais turística de Roma, mas ainda bem próxima a vários transportes - Atenção se estiverem com malas grandes, o caminho mais rápido para o hotel vindo do metrô é uma escadaria gigante, mas pode dar a volta também (caminho mais longo). O café da manhã era bom, com alguma variedade. Os funcionários foram prestativos e gentis.
O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava direito, era central com pouca saída de vento, estávamos em família em 3 quartos diferentes e todos reclamaram de calor. Quartos sem isolamento de som nas portas/janelas, dava para ouvir todos que passavam pelos corredores. O hotel é cheio de escadas, os quartos ficam no prédio dos fundos e precisa trocar de elevador para chegar e eles não param nos andares, param na metade e tem que subir o resto de escada, péssimo se estiverem com malas grandes e/ou pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Além disso, o trajeto entre os 2 prédios (passagem de ~10 metros entre árvores) não tem iluminação nenhuma.

Very spacious rooms with everything needed for a week in Rome, really helpful and friendly staff. Air-conditioning was good.
Bidet drain was broken upon arrival and had to be dislodged manually, public bathroom in basement looked like it had security camera pointing at toilet, but maybe it was an alarm sensor, looked a little scary so I turned it the other way.
