We were upgraded which was a lovely treat as it was my special birthday and I hadn't mentioned it at all... the room was lovely and the bed was cosy. The room was also very clean and we had lovely views of the river and cable cars.The staff were lovely and friendly also...
I think the breakfast set up could have been more streamlined but I realise there is only so much room to design these things. Also every drink that I had out of the drink machine tasted of nothing but watery dregs unfortunately even my hot chocolate. But we enjoyed the food very much. Maybe the coffee machine needed filling up again each time we had our drinks as it was very busy....

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par une équipe souriante, professionnelle, disponible et toujours aux petits soins.
L’emplacement est tout simplement idéal. Le cadre permet de profiter pleinement d’une agréable balade au bord de la Tamise, mais aussi de courir le long de la rivière dans un environnement magnifique. Pour les amateurs de sport, tout est également réuni au sein de l’établissement : une salle de sport très bien équipée ainsi qu’une piscine, accessibles dès le matin et jusqu’à tard dans la soirée. Un vrai plus pour garder ses habitudes sportives même pendant un séjour.
Les services sont de grande qualité, le petit déjeuner est varié et délicieux, et la disponibilité du personnel est vraiment appréciable. L’accès aux différents moyens de transport est également très pratique, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement et de profiter pleinement de la ville.
Tout était réuni pour rendre notre séjour exceptionnel : accueil, emplacement, services, confort, sport, petit déjeuner et disponibilité. C’est vraiment un établissement où tout est pensé pour passer un séjour parfait.
Une adresse que je recommande sans la moindre hésitation et où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A nice hotel, very clean, friendly and efficient staff
The pool operating times for children - i thought it was crazy that the pool closes l to children between the hours of 11am to 4pm.
Goed ontbijt, hele fijne bedden en mooi hotel. De lobby werd nog gerenoveerd.
Ontbijt voor de kinderen moest worden bijbetaald, dat was best prijzig.
I just want to say a huge thank you to Ty at IHG Docklands for the way she looked after us.
We had booked our room through Membership Services, but unfortunately the booking hadn’t gone through. We called the night before and, after speaking with the hotel, Ty stepped in and made sure a room was secured for us and that everything would be sorted when we arrived.
After all the worry around the booking, we arrived feeling quite apprehensive. Ty came straight over, introduced herself and made us feel so welcome. She knew we were celebrating my son’s 10th birthday and went out of her way to make it special. It genuinely meant so much to us.
Her kindness and warmth were exceptional. She didn’t make us feel like a problem to be dealt with — she made us feel like valued guests, and that made such a difference.
The hospitality was honestly 10 stars. ⭐️
Ty really deserves recognition and a reward for the way she went above and beyond. She is a credit to IHG Docklands, and I’m so grateful that she was there to turn what started as a stressful situation into such a lovely experience for our family.

Good breakfast. We went swimming and enjoy having drinks outside on the patio.
The seating plan was not good at breakfast. Badly disorganised. We had to wait for some time before getting a table for all of us to enjoy breakfast. Also a few more seats are needed around the swimming pool area. No other complaint.

The swimming times were poor . Went especially for the pool didn’t start till 4 then finished at 11am
They should do adult swim in the evening and have kids swim during the day

The bathroom floor needs re-tiling, it just didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned. The cast to tv service just doesn’t work, the internet is too slow or ineffective! This never got fixed despite being repeatedly reported
