Pros:

Nice hotel, room was a good size and clean. Staff very welcoming and helpful. 2 minutes to Custom House station, so ideal for London centre. The breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. Will go back.

Bonne localisation et très près du centre des congrès Excel

Cons:

Arrivant une nuit après la réservation payée, on me dit que ma chambre n’est pas disponible alors que je l’ai payée depuis 24h. Inacceptable et incompréhensible. Les avait averti et la nuit n’était pas remboursable. Pas de problème, mais qu’on la reloue et ensuite on doit attendre une chambre difficilement compréhensible

Clean and comfortable. A nice breakfast. Very close to the cable cart which is 10mins to the 02 arena. Transport is a 2min walk so have good access to transport to central London. I will definitely book again when refurbishment has been completed.

Cons:

I wasn’t aware that the reception was being refurbished. Signs to the lifts was not clear, had to use the stairs to a few times to get to the reception and to my room. I think if the refurbishment was not being done, I would give the hotel a ten out of ten.

Great! Would stay again and reccommend to family and friends next time in London.
Pros:

Great breakfast although be aware if more than 2 in room there is an additional charge for it (although our was waivered as a good will gesture - thank you!). Check in staff were very attentive and they really went above expectations to make my sisters 50th celebrations extra special, which was very much appreciated!! VERY comfy bed!

Cons:

Reception was getting renovated which we were only told about the day before. Wasnt a biggy though and the hotel made up for the inconvienece in other ways.

Um Íbis que se faz passar por 4*

Localização e proximidade do metro.

Cons:

Pequeno almoço com muito pouca variedade, sem espaço para sentar e éramos sempre encaminhados para o bar. Num dos 3 dias que estivemos disseram que “o nosso quarto não estava na lista para pequeno almoço” o que mostra desorganização. Sem copos pequenos para um simples café expresso. Hotel em obras, com entrada pelo bar, dois mini elevadores sempre cheios e tínhamos sempre que subir 3 andares pelas escadas mesmo com malas. Quartos velhos e camas desconfortáveis. Staff nem pergunta sequer se a estadia foi boa no checkout. Estávamos à espera de um hotel 4 estrelas e a realidade é mais estilo pensão.

Très bon hôtel avec un personnel au top
Pros:

L’hôtel était bien placé, avec les transports à quelques mètres. Le petit déjeuner était bien fourni et le personnel agréable et au petit soin.
