My room charge was GBP 408,However my debit card was charged 497.47Euros. I really didn't understand their exchange rate.

I already ask for king bed but they gave me double bed ,Then They charged for 3 nights while i stay for one night and they refuse to return back the other 2 nights and refuse to cancell my booking
Lokalizacja blisko centrum konferencyjnego Excel, bliskość metra i kolejki DLR, bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny personel (pozdrawiam Panią Polkę z obsługi na śniadaniach w restauracji:), piękny widok na Tamizę z pokoju, duże i wygodne łóżka oraz bardzo ładnie urządzone, duże i wygodne pokoje.
Monotonne i mało urozmaicone śniadania, ale podobnie było w innych hotelach w których nocowałam w przeszłości w Londynie, więc pewnie jest tam taki standard. Mimo wszystko można się było najeść.
Nice location, comfortable room, nice views.
Massive long queue for check in as everyone is waiting for check in to open at 3pm. Even though you have to do it online, you still need to wait in the queue. Waited 40 mins to be seen. Not a great system. Why not let people do the check in earlier but only allow access from 3pm or when the room is available? Breakfast could be better.

The staff is very helpful and professional.
The hotel is located in a nice quite area, close to DLR and the Elizabeth line, which is super convenient. The staff at the reception and overall were very helpful and knowledgeable. I wan to especially highlight the lady at the breakfast area, who explained and showed everything around the area and was very welcoming. We also found the breakfast to be very good with nice variety. The room is spacious and has a bathtub. We booked some time in advanced and were very pleased with the low price.
The room looked very tired. The tiles in the bathroom moved, the shower head was leaking and the shower worked with a lot of noise. Some of the drawers were falling apart when you try to open them. There was dust in some areas. Additionally, the bed was very narrow, which made it quite difficult for two people to sleep in - I would not call it a 4 star hotel bed. I’ve slept on much better beds at most of hotels of lower class. One other thing is that even though the room was huge, most of the space was wasted with furniture placed quite randomly.
