Cleanliness
7.3
Generally reported as clean and well-kept by several guests, but isolated mentions of dust, a dripping sink and minor issues indicate cleanliness is slightly below excellent.
Service
8.5
Multiple compliments for attentive, friendly staff (named staff praised: Vanessa, Douglas). Some significant negative incidents (long wait for airport transfer, incorrect information) lower the score slightly.
Location
8.9
Consistently praised for proximity to GRU airport and convenience for transfers; occasional note that traffic can affect travel time to the airport.
Room Quality
6.9
Rooms are described as comfortable and adequate for families, but there are repeated comments about aging furniture, small bathrooms, worn wood finishes and mattresses that are not very comfortable.
Amenities
7.9
Good amenities reported (airport shuttle, pool, on-site restaurant, 24h room service), though shuttle scheduling/issues and parking access problems were mentioned by some guests.
Value for Money
8.6
Frequently described as good value / excellent cost-benefit for stays near the airport; many guests explicitly note the price-to-service ratio positively.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Breakfast repeatedly called very good/excellent and restaurant food praised for taste and portion size; isolated service/room cleanliness notes but overall positive for F&B.
Overall Experience
8.1
Overall positive experiences for most guests (family-friendly, convenient for airport stays, friendly staff), tempered by occasional transfer delays, minor cleanliness or room comfort issues.
