Room had a bad musty smell.

There was no PBS TV stations.
Pool & hot tub. Rooms and beds were fine.
Outdoor pool was cool but big. Breakfast had a small area to get food from so bog down. Then pool area with food had very little places to sit.

The pool,bar and outdoor fire area was nice
There was a lot of activity going on during my stay. It wasn’t clear if the people at the pool, bar and outdoor fire area were actual hotel patrons. Bed was uncomfortable. I expected better room accommodations for the price.
The pool and hot tub were amazing!!! Front desk women were amazing! I had meetings till 12:30 and those angels let me check out a bit later. It was extremely helpful. The breakfast was fantastic too. Great location!
Nothing this place was heaven. I would live there if I could.

High marks for staff, and location to what I needed to accomplish in Santa Rosa. Parking and outside grounds clean. Love walking distance to Trader Joe's.
Room was comfortable. Liked the AC on upon arrival.
Lower marks for noise. Room was next to breezeway. People were noisy, cell phone use, car music and smoking outside was annoying.
Light fixtures above sink in room filthy. Dust, film and fingerprints visible. It was like it was cleaned multiple times with oily rag and subsequent visitors touched it to determine if it was recent or old.
I did not use pool or eat breakfast. Both were very busy.
Santa Rosa appears old and tired.
Cleveland Avenue has homeless lying in street and weeds growing high encourage garbage to collect and increase fire risk.
You would think the City would be in prevention mode after the Tubbs fire.
This was a great hotel! We came for a lacrosse tournament and to see family. The hotel felt fancy and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The pool vibe was just what we were hoping for... family friendly! It was convenient to have the bar right there! The hot breakfast was great and met everyone 's needs in our family.
The set up for breakfast was a bit chaotic and disorganized. People didn't know where to start. The plates and silverware were set up in the middle of the waffle maker and the hot line set up. People were confused where to start. The line gor backed up by the waffle maker. The pool ran out of towels. Those are the only complaints we had.
Location was great and clean. Breakfast was nice and the pool was clean and a great size. We enjoyed the propane fire pits as well. Overall had a nice stay!

It’s always reliable! The pool area is super fun including a nice bar that’s open in the afternoon. The breakfast is also really nice and quite tasty. The rooms have a nice sized fridge and everything you need for a comfortable getaway or staycation. It’s really close to the 101, gas stations, Trader Joe’s, and restaurants, so it’s a great travel stop on your road trip.

Nothing really, power went out so the DJ left at the pool but that’s not anyone’s fault. 🤣
Breakfast was pretty good. Loved the room decor.
There needs to be a sign, and reinforcement of the rule, that the hot tub is intended for adults not children. Children dangling their feet in the hot tub and horsing around in it made it impossible for me to even consider sitting and relaxing in it. It obviously was not hot enough. Toys and floaties in it, too!

Consider this your warning: do not stay at this hotel.
My brother-in-law accidentally left his toiletry bag in the room after we checked out. Inside was a very expensive watch, along with cologne and beard oil. As we were leaving, we even saw the housekeeper just a few rooms away, so we never imagined there would be an issue.
When we arrived at our next hotel, he realized he had forgotten the bag and immediately called. He was told housekeeping had already left for the day and to call back the following morning.
The next morning, the hotel confirmed they had found his bag. He drove an hour back to retrieve it, only to discover that the watch, cologne, and beard oil were missing.
Because of the value of the watch, a police report was filed and a detective has been assigned to investigate.
Someone had access to his belongings while they were in the hotel’s possession, and valuable items disappeared before they were returned. That is completely unacceptable.
Until management takes responsibility and addresses what happened, we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. We will also be sharing our experience on social media to help warn other travelers.
