easy, great, booked our return
Pros:

kind staff, nice mix of guest ages so pool breakfast was friendly and quietly entertaining. room AC control wasn’t working, front desk sent service rep asap, chgd battery. trader joe’s very close.
we come up to visit son in east bay, can fly in late to sta rosa, o-nt here, shop TJ and drive to pt richmond. way easier than 10hr drive :)

Great rooms for the money
Pros:

The rooms have had a major makeover

Cons:

Outside, visually, still looks pretty sketchy but I’m guessing that’s also in the works to be fixed up. Also, the floor AC/heater unit was very loud

Will not return unless I am certain that they have different beds.
Pros:

Beautiful curb appeal and location based on our needs while in Santa Rosa.

Cons:

The beds are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Also, a mentally ill woman was yelling obscenities in the parking lot in the early evening, then the next morning she approached me which made me feel rather uncomfortable. She pounded on my car window asking us to call her father and some guy after telling us she was high, drunk and mentally ill.
This is not necessarily a problem with the hotel, but where was security/courtesy patrol when she was screaming outside of the room?

Pros:

I liked the hot tub. My son and boyfriend liked the pool and hot tub. My son liked the fitness room. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff I encountered were very nice. Breakfast was good as well.

Cons:

I didn't like getting to my room after checking in and my keys not working. I had to go back to the front desk where I was asked if I held the keys next to my phone or something. No lady, you did not sync the keys to my room in the first place. She was really nice, just distracted with phone calls when I first checked in.

The pool was inviting and warm, the room was clean but gives you a cold feeling.
Pros:

Pool, recreation area was great!

Cons:

Room was your standard room which was clean but lacking any pictures!! This hotel is in the Napa valley a couple of pictures on the wall would elevate my ratings. As it is I cannot give it a higher rating as you are looking at nothing but white walls.

A budget stay in Santa Rosa but not sure I could recommend
Pros:

Updated rooms, decent breakfast, corner room

Cons:

I stated it was my 30th birthday in the booking and they didn’t acknowledge it. The rooms were not the cleanest. There was a dried apple under the counter, hairs in the corners of the bathroom, ect. It also gets a bit loud. Not sure if they enforce any quiet hours. When I went to breakfast they did not have water available and when I asked the attendant she said I could go to the front desk.

Pros:

Große, saubere Zimmer mit der üblichen Ausstattung. Der Whirlpool / pool sind eine super Sache und laden zum Baden ein. In der Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sonstige Läden des täglichen Bedarfs

Cons:

Die Verdunkelungen sind zu durchlässig und das Zimmer frühmorgens sehr hell. Das Frühstück ist etwas mau.
