Satisfied, but with some inconveniences

Old charm, good location away from party zone, about a 20 minute walk. Front desk staff were excellent.

Cons:

Walls between rooms very thin letting conversation from next room go through. Water pressure very low in shower, difficult to get hot.

Für eine Besichtigung Dublins perfekt
Pros:

Ein entzückendes Hotel😊 mit richtigem Flair. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal freundlich und bemüht. Eine Station der Hop on Hop off Tour des Big Bus ist fast direkt vor dem Hotel und die Zweite (Station 1) in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Nur Zimmer zum Innenhof buchen.
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Parkplätze zwar begrenzt aber es gibt für den Notfall ein overflow Parkplatz. Frühstückt sehr abwechslungsreich und gut. Unser Bad war neu gemacht und sehr schön.

Cons:

Sehr, sehr laut in Zimmern zur Straße hin. Fenster sehr alt und lassen sich nicht ganz schließen. Sie müssen unbedingt neu gemacht werden. Zimmer warm und stickig. Teppiche mit vielen Flecken. Liegt im Drogenviertel. Mit Kindern nicht so toll.

Great stass
Pros:

Location was great, able to store luggage securely as we arrived early. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included. Lovely small lounges around the Hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room , was tiny. That small you sit on the loo, at an angle then swivel round to the correct orientation, then your nose was not to far away from the towel on the rail opposite the loo. May seem trivial , but you did ask.

Un hotel precioso en una ubicación perfecta.
Pros:

La ubicación, la comodidad de las camas y lo limpio que estaba todo. Cenamos maravillosamente en el hotel con música y baile en directo lo que fue un acierto: la comida estaba espectacular y el ambiente de lo más agradable.
Nosotros elegimos el desayuno continental que es estilo buffet y realmente era muy bueno, con gran variedad y calidad aunque también hay la opción de desayuno irlandés servido en mesa.
El personal es realmente amable y aunque llegamos antes de tiempo ya tenían nuestra habitación preparada así que pudimos organizarnos perfectamente. Por último el tener la posibilidad de parking en el hotel también es una gran ventaja.
Desde luego, cuando volvamos a Dublín será el hotel elegido.

Pros:

I liked the history and decor of the property, and the staff were responsive to my needs and questions. The breakfast was included in the hotel and was delicious. I enjoyed that they offered a continental and traditional Irish breakfast. The vaults also had live music and a bar which was convenient. The room was quiet and larger than expected.

Cons:

The property has WiFi that did not connect all the way to my room consistently. It was constantly shutting off so I had to use my phone data. It seemed to work better on the first floor and basement. Also the area that the hotel is in was further away from the main bar and shopping areas, and the public stops. It was a little sketchy at night with some folks on the street who were drinking or sleeping, but they didn’t bother folks too much.
