Holiday Inn Belfast by IHG

I had a very nice stay here - 3 nights at the end of May. From check in to check out the staff was always very friendly. The room was clean and quiet and very comfortable.
Breakfast had a very good selection. It was very busy each morning but they did a wonderful job of making sure everyone got seated quickly. I did get a couple of meals from the onsite restaurant in the evenings as well and was quite pleased with both of them. The location was amazing, with some of the best sites of Belfast a short walk away. It is also very close to the train station adding to the great location. Would absolutely stay here again.

Clean hotel with friendly, smiling staff. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I was upgraded to an executive room by a lovely, smiling young lady at reception, and my status was recognised. The room was a good size and had tea/coffee‑making facilities, water, and a couple of cans of soft drinks (free), which were replenished every day. Housekeeping did an excellent job of cleaning and refreshing the room.

Breakfast was good, but it can get busy when coach tours arrive. I would recommend that the hotel use one of its banquet rooms to host these groups for breakfast so other guests can enjoy a less crowded environment. The staff throughout the hotel were wonderful. The location is good as well.

All in all, it’s a lovely hotel to stay in, and I would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Handy to shops train and bus

Top Class Hospitality all round. Bright colourful Reception / Dining area. Professional friendly staff. Excellent location. Comfortable spotless clean room with all Guest facilities. Parking nearby with Hotel Guests Discount rates. Looking forward to returning. Menu offers various options to suit all tastes.

Close to transport at central station and walking distance to food and shopping areas.

Parking available, very good breakfast and good dinner. Busy place, but staff handled it well.

Fab location near to all local attractions including Titanic , Falls Road and various local amenities ! Fantastic staff like Lauren, Aodhán, Emma, Anna and Kirsty and Ranjit! All staff were very helpful ! Loved the breakfasts and soya milk was provided for me. Bedrooms very comfy and lovely beds ! Dinner was eaten in the restaurant and it was great ! This is a lovely place to use as a base for travelling to Giants Causeway and other local attractions!

Tye service level was fantastic

The Buffet Breakfast was Magnificent, You can either go for a Hot or Cold Meals, Pastries, Oats, fruits and so on. The Room is excellent especially with the city View. location Wise is it near to the Train or Bus Station and We were able to get to the places where we wanted to go by Walking.

Enjoyable hotel. With a Starbucks available. We had both breakfast and supper in the dinning room no complaints. The hotel is within walking distance of the bus station, hop on hop off buses, shopping, pubs and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My stay with the Holiday inn was excellent, clean, tidy and well facilitated. I was particularly impressed by a lovely receptionist called Roise, she was warm, welcoming and friendly , such a fantastic representative for the Hotel. I will definitely use this Holiday inn on my next visit to Belfast.
