We had a pleasant stay.
Pros:

We stayed at the Holiday Inn for three nights and had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and hygienic, and the shower was excellent.

The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and the staff paid excellent attention to any additional requests.

Overall, a very good experience and a hotel we would happily stay at again.

Cons:

We chose the hotel partly for the gym, which was good overall, although some of the equipment, particularly the treadmills , exercise bikes and cross trainer could benefit from maintenance.

The restaurant served good food. During dinner Once seated, service could be a little slow during busy periods, and it sometimes took a while to get the attention of a member of staff for additional requests.

Pros:

The hotel was a great location to the City also the main attractions eother walking or using public transport. The breakfadt was amazing if had everything from hot or cold breakfast and it was great as not far on the bus( 3 min walk from hotel) to Belfast City airport. The lady on the desk was lovely as we were a family she put us on the 7th floor as it could get noisy in the evening, we would definately stay here i have stayed in a few inns in Liverpool, Dublin and Amsterdam and they are all amazing and well worth the money. Thanks again.

Cons:

Nothing really the room was a bit hot at night but it was the week we are having a heatwave .

The staff were first class.
Pros:

The staff went out of their way to provide us with assistance in many different ways. I cannot compliment them highly enough.

We did not choose to have breakfast. The location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance from Grand Central.

Cons:

The cost of a Continental breakfast seemed unnecessarily high.

Comfortable and friendly hotel in a convenient location.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel is well located. Everything you need for a pleasant stay. Good selection for breakfast. I liked being able to open the windows a little.

Cons:

There were roadworks outside. We didn’t mind as we were on the 8th floor but it must have impacted some guests.

The hotel was really close to shops bars and restaurants
Pros:

The Reception staff stood out for me. Nothing was too much trouble for them
and as a very seasoned traveller, I felt they went above and beyond

Cons:

There were road improvements happening around the hotel, although noise was not an issue.
