Very happy with my stay in Holiday Inn Belfast City Centre
Pros:

Had a very lovely stay in the hotel. Excellent location, 5 mins walk from the train station and walking distance to downtown area. Staffs are friendly and professional, comfortable bed, clean room. Glad I made a choice to stay in this hotel.

Excellent, friendly staff and inside the room itself was clean

Cons:

Wish there had been a mini bar in the room and it was quite expensive. The windows were filthy.

L’emplacement et les formules de restaurant

Cons:

L’accueil du personnel au restaurant du petit déjeuner. Nous avions commandé et payé un petit déjeuner pour le 10 aout. Celui-ci n’était pas enregistré ni à la réception ni dans la salle de petit déjeuner et nous avions oublié le papier confirmant la réservation dans notre chambre. De ce fait mon mari a tenté d’expliquer le problème en anglais et on lui a demandé de bien vouloir s’exprimer en anglais, d’un ton méprisant. Nous avons pu leur apporter la preuve après mais cela a gâché notre repas.

We were awoken at 4am with an alarm going off in our room rang reception and staff member came up and fixed it he said was gas but it’s ok it’s safe …. That’s not good we opened window cause we were worried .

Pros:

Big and clean room, with a huge king size bed. Very nice shower. Breakfast was good. excellent hotel near train station and city.

Cons:

Only negative thing that your place was cleaned at the breakfast room if you left your place for a minute. There was just too many people.
