Staff was very nice, love everything about the place.
Pros:

The ocean view, the quietest, the balcony was awesome. Just being to sit on balcony and and listen to the ocean. I could sit and enjoy the pool also, just an awesome place to stay and walk everywhere you wanted to go down the broad walk. We will be back.just

Cons:

If both elevators was working, but sometimes things happen. We still enjoyed ourselves.

When leaving 30 minutes for elevator. Your staff rude. My husband told man not shove me again.
Pros:

The facility & location are very good. Our room was clean & comfortable.

Cons:

Upon arrival the front desk staff was rude & not helpful at all. No carts available for our luggage & he basically said well you are on your own. We carried our own, waiting the 3 or 4 times on the elevator since there was only ONE working. I have no clue where the bistro was that was advertised.

Good location, beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I would stay there again unless the issue with the elevator is not resolved which I put that in the "what I didn't like' question.

Cons:

There were only two elevators and one was out the whole time we were there and apparently this elevator has been out for 4-5 months per staff. There was not even a service elevator and the cleaning staff had to use the elevator with the guests. Most of the time they were courteous and did not get on the elevator, they waited for the next one which I am sure put them behind schedule and taking care of guests request.

elevator didn't work, but they gave a partial refund without question.
Pros:

i liked that they refunded a night without making me work for it. also, the elavator had the courtesy to wait until we got our stuff up before it broke for the weekend. apparently, this is an ongoing issue with this hotel.

Cons:

the elevator was broken every night until the day we left. they put us on the 10th floor. we had to walk 10 flights every time we wanted to leave and it dramatically affected our stay because we had to plan around it. they don't have a continental breakfast either, despite claims that they do. what they have is a commissary that you can buy stuff from. the hotel was filthy because the elevator didn't work and housekeeping couldn't make its rounds. also, when sitting ANYWHERE on the back patio ur gonna get splashed by AC water dripping down all of the balconies. they even have the audacity to set out chairs and patios as if anybody is OK with getting sprinkled on by scummy patio water.

Due to so many issue with check in and there elevator, I probably would not book here again
Pros:

I liked that it was beachfront and right by the boardwalk

Cons:

The elevators were down and we had to lug everything up the steps and we were on the 7th floor. My room was not ready at 4.. had to wait 3 hours to check in!

Hotel is good but staff did not make the stay good ‼️
Pros:

Clean room when we got there. Great bed! Wonderful location ! Good pool.

Cons:

T Only one elevator worked then no elevator worked had too walk up eight flights of stairs! Was not told that we had to take out our own trash every day and we had to go get our own towels and wash cloths each day!!!! 5day no maid service at all!!! Ask for a coffee cup for in room coffee and it was sent up by staff 2 hours later,he stood there wanting a tip? Have not got our incidentals ($80) back on our credit card… we didn’t charge anything to the room or take anything!

Great spot to stay in.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable room, friendly staff. There was the carnival close by and that was also really cool to be able to walk to.

The location was great, it allowed for you to come out of the hotel and then directly entering in the boardwalk.

Cons:

Immediately upon arrival we were told that the room was not ready and we were told that they would call us when it was ready. We waited two hours in a hot lobby for our room.
