The hotel is in a great location close to all major sites and transport links. The breakfast was good and rooms well maintained.

Excellent location in Lesser Town, providing easy access to transport, Charles Bridge area.

As a hotel General Manager in Montreal, I will admit that I am an extremely discerning traveller. After spending my career in hospitality, I notice every detail service, cleanliness, anticipation of guests’ needs, and above all, the genuine warmth behind the experience.

Our two-night stay at the Aria Hotel Prague on August 10 & 11, where we celebrated my husband’s 70th birthday, was quite simply perfect in every way.

From the moment we arrived, General Manager Jan made us feel like royalty. We had the privilege of staying in the spectacular Blues Suite, and it was absolutely beautiful. Every member of the Aria team we encountered was professional, gracious and genuinely committed to delivering a true five-star experience.

On the morning of my husband’s 70th birthday, three members of the team arrived to deliver our room-service breakfast, complete with a thoughtful birthday surprise. It was such a lovely gesture and a perfect example of the attention to detail that defined our entire stay.

Our birthday lunch on the rooftop terrace, overlooking magnificent Prague, was another unforgettable moment. The setting, the view and the service made this milestone celebration incredibly special.

The concierge team also recommended an outstanding private guide for our three-hour tour of Prague. Martin was so knowledgeable, personable and engaging that we quickly nicknamed him “The Boss”! He made us fall even more in love with this beautiful city.

And remarkably, the five-star service continued right until the very last moment. When we departed this morning, our driver took a genuine interest in our stay, asking what we had enjoyed most about Prague. Upon arriving at the train station, he didn’t simply unload our luggage, he carried it and personally walked us inside the station. That final gesture perfectly summed up the Aria experience: thoughtful service from beginning to end.

In hospitality, we often speak about exceeding expectations. Aria Hotel Prague doesn’t simply talk about it—they deliver it.

To Jan and the entire Aria team: thank you for making my husband’s 70th birthday and our stay in Prague so memorable.

endroit fantastique ! chaque coin de l'hotel est décoré d'une oeuvre d'art..partout. l'hotel est super propre. le personnel est totalement amical et respectueux et toujours prêt à nous aider. L'hotel est bien situé et possède une terrasse sur le toit fort agréable. Chaque jour, l'hotel offre un happy hour de Prosseco. le buffet du matin offre une grande variété de choix. L'hotel a même préparé un sac pour notre déjeuner car nous quittions tôt le matin. Un choix que je recommande sans hésitation.

Fantastic place ! every corner is decorated with an art piece..everywhere. Hotel is clean, personnel are fully enjoyable and respectful and always ready to help. Hotel is well located and have a roof terrace to enjoy. Every day, the hotel offers a happy hour of Prosseco. Morning breakfast offers a good variety of choices. On the morning of our early departure, the hotel had prepared a breakfast in a bag to go. This hotel is a must for a stay in Prague

Quite simply the best hotel I've ever been to, went for my wife and my birthdays and were treated like vips and even given some gifts to take home (a caricature book and Beethoven art plate)

This was a great hotel for a wedding we had in Prague at the end of July. The location was wonderful (liked being across the water with just a quick bridge walk to the downtown square), the rooms were lovely, the free breakfast was delish and we loved the views from the roof-deck and garden. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Prague.
