A great place if you're looking for a place to sleep and a good adventuring jumping off point.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is fantastic - close to the convention center and in the heart of Polanco, lots of great attractions are within a 15-20 minute walk. I LOVED being able to walk to high end shopping, restaurants and the Soumaya art museum. There was hot water in the shower (though not in the bathroom sink), the bathroom and bedrooms were clean, I appreciate that there is someone at the front desk 24/7. Lots of cute cafes and green spaces nearby.

Cons:

Traffic sounds at all hours of the day and night are very loud. There is a closeable window, but it's single paned and even with the windows closed it was still very loud. There was also a lot of light that seeped through the blinds, so if you're light or noise sensitive this would not be the place for you. The beds felt and smelled neutral if not quite clean, though there was some hair on the floor in the living room that told me that the living/kitchen space might not have been the most well cleaned. But the bedrooms felt good and I am very pleased by that.
The beds were also VERY hard (but this is normal in Mexico and every single hotel I've ever stayed at in Mexico City).

Sin revisar siquiera la muchacha que responde el teléfono, de una me dijo "No" SIN REVISAR!

Puedo llegar dos horas antes?

Te recomiendo que jamás reserves en este remedo de hotel!

La gente de Polanco cree que por poner 3 tabla rocas y dividir espacios, se convierten en hoteleros

Tiene una ubicación privilegiada.

Lo que vale la pena de este alojamiento es la ubicación.

Cons:

El inmueble es viejo y es visible el desgaste del edificio. Las toallas viejas también, solo un jabón para manos y cuerpo y poco papel de baño.

La ubicación es ideal,

Cons:

El personal del turno de la noche que nos tocó en nuestra estancia no es amable, da muy mala imagen que no es tarde y ya está acostada en la sala de la recepción, si se le pregunta no tiene una respuesta positiva, todo es negativo.

No limpiaron la habitación ningún día, no cambiaron toallas ni pusieron papel.

Las almohadas están pésimas duras y sin forma.

Instalaciones viejas, sucias - filtración de datos - intentos de estafa

No me gusto nada, la ubicación esta relativamente bien, sin embargo, está a un costado del periférico, sus ventanas son tan delgadas que se escucha absolutamente todo el ruido de los carros a TODAS horas, no puedes dormir por el ruido, el lugar esta muy viejo, sucio y descuidado, solo la entrada de la recepción es bonita, pero de ahí en fuera tanto el elevador, escaleras, pasillos, estan en muy malas condiciones por lo viejas que son.

TENGAN CUIDADO!! Porque a grandes rasgos, alguien de administración filtra la información personal de los húespedes y llaman en la madrugada con el objetivo de intimidar y estafar, el último día de mi estadía (me quede 4 noches y justo fue el último día, que sorpresa!!) me despertaron a la 1 de la mañana porque me llamaron a mi número personal (número que no estaba en booking, número que fue proporcionado al 'hotel' directamente), me llamaron para generar pánico diciendo que iban a tocar a mi puerta, seguido de otras amenazas... me bombardearon de llamadas e insistieron por otro número hasta mandarme mensajes de whatsapp, adjunto fotos de TODO, por favor tengan mucho cuidado

No crean en las fotos porque no son nada que ver con la realidad, adjunto fotos de las instalaciones, son viejas, feas, sucias y descuidadads.
