Camera pulita , arredamento moderno, staff gentile . Nonostante vicinanza con aereoporto non si sentono gli aerei.

Terrible.
Pros:

It was in a reasonably good location.

Cons:

There are too many things to list. Next to nothing worked at the hotel. The air conditioning didn’t work. The valve in the shower was broken. One of the two elevators was broken the whole time we were there. There is in excess of 100 rooms. The one elevator that was working, only held for people. You can imagine the waits. Apparently they have just done a big Reno. In this case, it was like sprinkling perfume on a pig. I highly recommend nobody stay at this place.

Bis auf den Moment des Eincheckens war alles in Ordnung.
Pros:

Das Essen war ordentlich, abwechslungreich und gut.

Cons:

Am Tag des Eincheckens wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir für eine Nacht in ein anderes Hotel (Alua Soul) gehen müssen, da das Hotel ausgebucht ist. Das geht gar nicht! Mit dieser Aktion verliert man einen Urlaubstag. Es gab kein freundliches Wort, keine Entschädigung, kein Wort der Entschuldigung, ein einziger Mitarbeiter saß am Empfang, einen Manager gab es nicht zu sprechen.
Darüber bin ich sehr unzufrieden, da der Aufenthalt mit Ärger anfing, das ist sehr schade.

Breakfast buffet with a lot of options and swimming pool was really nice.

Cons:

1. Lift is very old with lot of issues, not working on the generator and undergone for maintenance. During my stay I was able to use the lift only for 40% of the time. Even I carry my luggage via stairs.
2. Air conditioning system was not effective and was not cooling efficiently ever after 2-3 hours. AC was also not working on power backup.

De gros problèmes : climatisation reduite, chaleur étouffante dans la chambre, alarme qui sonne en pleine nuit. Nous avons du renoncer à la seconde nuit de l hotel. Impossible de bénéficier d un remboursement. Refus de l hotel.

Insgesamt ein angenehmes Hotel
Pros:

- Die Lage war gut, man war schnell am Strand und sonst ist die Bushaltestelle ins Zentrum gleich nebenan
- Die Betten waren sehr bequem
- Die Zimmer waren, soweit ich erkennen konnte, sauber
- Das Personal nett
- Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig
- Der Balkon war ebenfalls top
- Auch im obersten Stockwerk war es, dank funktionierender Klimaanlage, angenehm

Cons:

- Leider war das Geschirr beim Frühstück nicht sauber. Zum Teil klebte das Fett noch an den Tellern.
- Das Frühstückbuffet war vielfältig, aber die Qualität liess zu wünschen übrig. Vieles hat besser ausgehen als es schmeckte...
- Zuerst war 1 Lift defekt. An meinem letzten Tag waren es beide...
- Der Wasserdruck schwankte, mal war er stark, mal schwach. Die Temperatur einzustellen war unmöglich. Es wechselte von heiss zu kalt...

Nice break for the week
Pros:

So close to the airport …rooms were a good size newly refurbished so everything was nice and new. The entertainer was really good.. breakfast was lovely and so many options. Pool area was nice and new location close to beach shops and restaurants

Cons:

The aircon was not great so we had to leave the key card in the entire day to make sure the room stayed cool. No complaints
