The property wasn’t clean. When we checked into our first room and pulled the sheets back there was hair and debris throughout the sheets. We had to request another room and in that room we had to request new linens because the blanket was stained. My husband and I cleaned the bathroom ourselves after witnessing the state of the linens. The only saving grace was the staff who were very accommodating.
The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.
No one serviced the room. Parking was challenging. There was no coffee available early in the morning. Breakfast started too late and there was no coffee in the evening.
it s close to the Norfolk airport
They charged me $100 (only credit card accepted) just to be able to check in, even if I made my reservation through booking.com. They wouldn't give me a receipt for this deposit, even if i requested it.This is agaist the policy of this site. After one month, I still haven't gotten my money back. I was told they were going to release it in one day.
Their customer service is hard to reach, and rude.
The room was not properly cleaned, there was hair everywhere and the towels were all stained.

It was clean. It smelled amazing! It was a great price and I had an amazing time for my birthday.
The closet was where you hang your stuff up at was broken. That was it.
The room was absolutely horrible, so much that my girlfriend stated let's just go back home. It was a trip to visit my grandson, so I convinced her to stay. The outside appearance was a distraction, arriving with hardly nowhere to park then, getting to the room, there were several guests standing outside SMOKING. Yes, we are non-smokers so that was a turn-off. But the deal breaker was the room. There was dead fly on the floor, hair from previous guest in the shower, dust around the corners of the room and an unknown object under little nightstand. The lighting in the room was deemed. It was totally awful!!!!! We were afraid to take off clothing it was just that bad.
It would be shorter to tell you what I liked. NOTHING! This was a disgrace to have market for guest to stay here. Request a REFUND!!!!!!
It was quiet clean and good location. We would definitely return. Close to freeway, outlets, restaurants and IKEA.
Tv, Toilet broken. Floor dirty. Breakfast warmer not set at right holding temp. Coffee warm. No plain half half.

The tv/wifi didn’t work
Basic motel. Floor was gritty in my room. When I rolled out the shower mat, there was an ant crawling out. Breakfast was late. Many workers staying at the motel had to leave without breakfast.
Staff was friendly & professional
Staff appearance could have looked more polished. Rooms need to be updated. Cigarette burns on desktop.
