Cons:

Ich habe 3 mal gefragt, wegen Roomservice, dann bekam ich.(5 Nächte nur 1 mal habe ich gebraucht) Ein Mann der Rezeption sogar 30 Australien dollers kassiert. Er war sehr sehr unfreundlich. Ich habe ihm gefragt, warum ich Roomservice bezahlen muss. Er sagte mir, dass ich nur 5Tage gebucht habe , weshalb musste ich für Housekeeping extra bezahlen.
Als ich zwei sehr freundliche Damen der Rezeption nachgefragte, warum sie haben mich mehrmals entschuldigt.
Sie sagten mir, dass ich das Geld nach Check out zurückbekommen werde.

Room was not worth the money, the carpet and walls were grotty and the smell was almost unbearable.

Rachel made my stay!
Pros:

Location is fantastic. Easy to walk everywhere and they have on site parking which is a bonus.
Special shout out to Rachel. She shared pure customer service. Had a chat while getting things organised on her end on the computer. She felt inviting and that’s exactly what you want

Comfortable and relaxing

The room was comfortable, the hotel is relative quite and the location is excellent, in center of town and close to the venue of my conference.

Room cleaning need to be mandatory or at least once a week.

Cons:

The entire hotel needs a thorough clean, paint and update. First impressions upon checking in the lifts were filthy, made me very nervous going to the room.

Cheap but not so cheerful

excellent location tho

Cons:

Room did not look anywhere near as nice as the pics suggested. Its easy to see this hotel is maintained to the bare minimum unfortunately. Pillows were not good and the air con controller was locked at 30 degrees minimum which meant on the warm night we stayed it was too warm in the room to sleep. Parking onsite also a premium at $29. Will not stay here again.
