Great staff, comfortable bed, great location
Pros:

I've been staying here for years. Some of the rooms have been renovated and others haven't. I was put in a new room. It was clean, comfortable and the best value. I was checked in by the loveliest young lady too. She was so nice.

Cons:

The fact that I haven't always been put in this room 😂

Pros:

We stayed at the hotel twice now, first room was on lev 2 beautiful.
But this room on lev 3 wasn't worth the money no tv, cold 🥶 freezing heat. Shower was terrible & no hot water,

Pros:

The service was good, good clean comfy room.

Cons:

Very noisy, no sound barriers inside or for outside noise.
I could hear every word from the rooms adjacent and people peeing and flushing toilets from above.
It could also do with sheer curtains for privacy from the hotel opposite.

1. Cleanliness poor
2. Shower and toilets were substandard
3. The cupboard and units were falling apart.
4. The heating system was not operational
5. The room was like students rather than a hotel
6. Room wasn't, cleaned no fresh towels, coffee etc.

It was good but could be better I guess
Pros:

Loved the location - we always stay in this hotel when we visit Hobart yearly - i always recommend this hotel too to anyone I know

Cons:

I didnt like that they now charge parking fees - i only stayed there for one night and arrived late night and had to leave early morning too so i wish they would be considerate to each individual’s cases to make each client’s stay more memorable. The parking was not full at the time when we arrived so a little kind gesture of offering us free parking for our less than 12 hours stay couldve made the experience worth remembering especially if I come back to their hotel yearly.

Pros:

Close to good shops and restaurants, the bed and pillows were comfy and the bathroom was nice.

Cons:

No Netflix on YouTube on the TV. The air conditioner even after being turned off was noisy and the fan in the bathroom was loud. No microwave or bowls.

Hobart was nice but the hotel needs to do more

We stayed 5 days seen know staff had to ask at the reception fir blankets no microwave or complementary tea ir coffee know linen or towel change
