Good location but the expensive parking and overall experience was overrated, 6.5/10
Pros:

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is great in the middle of the city

Cons:

For the rating it has on booking.com I expected way better. The room I had was very basic, the curtains were broken, you could only change the aircon settings by asking reception otherwise it was locked and it was freezing in the room, I had to ask for another heater which smelt terrible when it was on like it was about to catch on fire. The shower or toilet leaked, wasn’t sure which one it was. The parking is super expensive and it’s not even protected/secure- most of the spots aren’t under cover and are so small it’s a super tight squeeze. The laundry is also expensive to use. The mugs for tea/coffee seemed to be dirty and tasted funny.

Accommodation for medical reasons

Cons:

Heating of the rooms was terrible. I stayed in 1 room where the heating was locked at 23 and it was still cold. 2nd room i stayed in heating was adjustable but room was still cold no matter how i adjusted the thermostat. Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room as i was staying down Hobart while my husband had open heart surgery. 2nd room did n̈ot have a smart tv like the 1st room.
No refund on nights not used.

As usual I enjoyed my time staying at the Allurity.
Pros:

Central position in Hobart, great value for money,Very helpful staff.

Cons:

Rooms only got serviced every 3 days, we probably left the hotel room cleaner than we found it, lights flickered, heaters kept going faulty, noise throughout the hotel exgoed into room, mould in showerer area,
